HT1338 How do i get back my music that i have bought from itunes which i deleted by mistake  thanks

how do i get back my music which i deleted by mistake which i bought from i tunes store

Well if it has a non-Filevaulted hard drive, you need to stop using the computer and either take it to a local PC/Mac repair shop that does data recovery or do it yourself with a spare blank powered external boot drive and $100 software that will read the deleted (but not yet overwritten) files.
Create a data recovery/undelete external boot drive
Once you have the files recovered, back your data up, especially burning data DVD's in iTunes.

  • How do I get back my audiobooks? They have disappeared from ITunes

During the past month or so my purchased audiobooks are not in my library. Will I need to go through my account and purchases to get these i.e. post a problem with ITunes? How do I sync something that isn't there anymore?

Are you signed into itunes with your email address?  Purchases that are made through itunes are tied to the email address on your account.  If someone else logged in then your purchases wouldn't show.
When you go to the itunes store look at the black/gray bar at the top.  On the left is the email address that is signed in.  If it's incorrect just click on it and select "Sign Out."  When you sign back in all should be well.

  • CAN I CONNECT MY IPOD CLASSIC TO ANY COMPUTER AND UPDATE ANY MUSIC THAT I HAVE PURCHASED FROM ITUNES ON MY IPAD?

CAN I CONNECT MY IPOD CLASSIC TO ANY COMPUTER AND UPDATE ANY MUSIC THAT I HAVE PURCHASED FROM ITUNES ON MY IPAD?

Plug the iPod into the new computer.  When it pops up on the left sidebar, right-click on the iPod and select "Transfer Purchases".  Make sure that you Authorize the computer to play content purchased with that account, or else the music will not play.

Try looking for the purchases in your past purchases list, which can be found here:

  • How do i get back my music that was deleted off my windows and it is not in my ipod anymore either

okay. i wanted to transfer more music to my 4 days old ipod classic, then when i connected it with the same laptop that i used to transfer the first time, it said that it was a different itunes. i blindly said that it was okay to erase since the music will still be in my computer but it wont be in my ipod, i presume.
so when it deleted everything from the ipod. i restarted my laptop 'cause it was lagging. when i went to itunes to transfer all my music and videos, all my videos and music was gone from itunes!
when i check my files, all the songs were deleted! the videos as well. unsure of what to do, please tell me that it can be restored..! )x

  • HT201401 Only some of my music that I have downloaded from itunes plays on my iphone. The songs that wont play have a round circle with a darker square in the middle. Can someone please tell what this means and how I can get the rest of my music on my iph

I can only get some of my downloaded music from itunes on my iphone. The music that wont play has a round circle with a black square in the middle. Can someone help me to get all my music on my iphone. Thanks

Once you successfully add you iTunes library to iTunes Match, you go to Settings>iTunes & App Store on your iOS device and turn on iTunes Match.  Your iTunes Match library will then appear on your iOS device.

  • How do I sync/import/transfer music that wasn't downloaded from itunes from my iphone to my itunes??

I recently purchased a new laptop. I redownloaded itunes and synced my phone to my new laptop. The only issue I'm having is my music. All the songs I have purchased on the iphone transfered just fine but I have songs that was not downloaded through itunes. Some were burned from cds (burned cds, etc.), some were transfered from other music players I had and others were downloaded from a different music provider. (All this was done on my old computer.) I'm afraid that if I sync my phone that i'll lose 75% of my music on my iphone. I can sync it just fine but I keep Sync Music unchecked because I get an error box saying that the phone will be erased and replaced w/the playlists backed up. Is there any way I can get ALL my music on my itunes w/o losing anything?

Sync is only oneway, from PC to your device.  Unless you have the music on your PC, iTunes is going to wipe out what you have on your device if you are syncing to a new library.
The only way you can do is to get a third part software to extract those music from your device over to your PC.
A good Free one is called Sharepod which you can download from Download.com here:

for purchases from the iTunes store do this:
connect your device and right-click or control-click it in the iTunes Source list, then choose transfer purchases from the shortcut menu that appears.

  • My hard drive crashed and I have lost my Itunes library. How can I get my the music that I loaded from my own CDs back on my PC from my iPod?

My hard drived crashed in my HP Pavilion desktop and I have installed a new one. I have Windows 2007. My Itunes library is gone. How can I get all the music that I loaded onto my iPod from my own CD's back into an Itunes library?

The loading of audio files to iPod is designed to go one way only: computer to iPod. There are some third-party applications available which will rescue an audio library and write the files back to a PC HDD. The playlists might not copy, nor the album art work, nor videos but you might be able to recover all audio files. Some apps are open source and available for free download, for example: Senuti, Onyx. There are others which are  Windows-based; do a Google search to find out.

    Thank you for any assistance.

Tigon's already got you covered here. But I'll chime in with some English localisation advice.
There's a couple of ways to get through to the authorisation controls in the 11.0.x versions.
The control is still in the Store menu, but first (if you're using iTunes versions 11.0.x) you might need to bring up the menu bar to see the Store menu.
If you're using 11.0.x, click on the wee boxy icon up in the top-left corner of your iTunes to see the "Show Menu Bar" control, as per the following screenshot:
Then you'll find the control in the Store menu:
Alternatively, if you don't want to bring up the menu bar, it's still possible to get into the authorise controls via nested menus accessible from the wee boxy icon. Here's a screenshot of where to find them:

  • I had to get my hard drive replaced from Apple, I lost all of my music obviously.  My question is, how can I get all my music off of my iPhone onto iTunes?  Since it's a new hard drive, the iPhone isn't recognizing this as it's home computer.

You will need to use third-party software to transfer music from your phone to the iTunes Library. I recommend Phone to Mac - Pod to Mac | Macroplant.com.

Go to your account in the iTunes Store and look for the De-authorise All button in your account's details. Use the De-authorise All and then authorise the PCs you still have.
