Ive got a website im designing, some of the pages have a
scroll bar some dont, because some have more content than others.
When the scroll bar appears on the right on some of my pages
the content shifts abit to the left. This makes it look abit
inconsistent. Does anyone know what i can do about this?

It will force a vertical scrollbar on all pages, even those
that wouldn't
need it, on Mozilla and Safari (which are the two browsers
where the
vertical scrollbar belongs to the page and not the browser).

Is there a way to adjust the Scroll bar? Because when I press the arrows key once it goes straight to the bottom of the page rather than going down gradually.

Before when I pressed the arrow key to navigate up and down the screen it would do it gradually. After I up graded to the current version it now skips down to the very bottom of the page.

You may have switched on [http://kb.mozillazine.org/accessibility.browsewithcaret caret browsing]. 
You can press press F7 (on Mac: fn + F7) to toggle caret browsing on/off.

Suddenly I can not select anything within the top inch or so of any web page. The scroll bar arrow doesn't work at the top. I don't know what to do. I tried updating my browser but the problem still exists.

Everything worked fine on Tues. I shut down my system and then on Wed. morning, the problem appeared. Anything within the top inch or so of a webpage is unavailable to select. It is like there is an inch of the page that is dead. It is that way on every website that I visit with Firefox. It does not happen if I use internet explorer, which I do not like and do not want to have to go back to using. Please help!!! My sister in law has the same problem with firefox.

When playing games in Mindjolt games on facebook, I am unable to scoll down to see scores of other players, the scroll bar won't go down all the way.

Don't know what else to say, that pretty much sums it up.

Yesterday the scroll bar on Firefox was moved from the right to the left of the screen and the webpages do not scroll when using the mouse scroll wheel.

Reset the pref layout.scrollbar.side to '0' or set to '2' to place the scroll bar at the default right side.

Which VS2013 version did you use?
So you mean that your project code doesn't have any error, but you still get the annotations, am I right?
If so, how about creating a simple app? For example, make sure that it has an error in code, how about the result?
I test it in my side with VS2013, it works well like the following screen shot.
Anyway, we have to make sure that whether all projects have the same issue, if all projects have the same issue, I doubt that it is your VS IDE issue.
Please disable all add-ins, and then reset your VS, re-disable some settings under Tools->Options->Text Editor, close VS, re-open it, test it again.
But if just one specific project has this issue, sorry for that we couldn't repro this issue, maybe you could share us a simple sample, I will test it in my side. For detailed error messages, I suggest you view the Error list window or the Output window.

The scroll bar stops moving with the cursor after the frist inch or so down the page, even though the cursor keeps moving as does the page itself.

This problem started about 4-5 days ago.
After i scroll down a bit on a longer page, the scroll bar is still near (not at) the top. The page is scrolling at that point based only on me continuing to move the cursor in the scroll bar vertical column - even though not in line with the actual scroll bar itself. Then when I put the cursor on the actual scroll bar the page jumps back up to near the top of the page.

Are you using code in userContent.css or Stylish?
Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode|Safe Mode]] to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
*Do not click the Reset button on the Safe mode start window or otherwise make changes.

Firefox Safe mode also disables the customizations in the userChrome.css and userContent.css files.

It is possible that the screen is too wide or too high and that the scroll bars fall off. 
Open the system menu via Alt+Space and see if you can resize that window. 
If that works then close Firefox to save that setting.

How do I get the scroll bars in iCloud Numbers Beta to appear?

I have been playing around with Numbers iCloud and have a long spreadsheet. The only way I have figured out to make scroll bars appear is to drag on one of the spreadsheet's borders. They appear, then disappear as soon as I get done scrolling. How can I make them stay visible or make them visible in a more elegant way?

I don't know if you're still working on this, but I finally stumbled onto a solution. I've been having the same problem using iCould Numbers on a PC in Google Chrome. I finally figured out if you 'mouse over' where they're supposed to be, they'll appear. So drag your mouse over near either the edge of that window or where the spreadsheet meets the format panel along the right edge (depends on what you have showing.) The scroll bars will faithfully appear.

The scroll bar (the one used to scroll up and down any kind of website), that is normally in the right part of the firefox browser, would be of much help to me if it could sometimes be moved to the left part of the browser. Is this possible? How can it be done? Can anybody tell me the exact steps to take in order to do this (if it is possible of course)? This would be helpfull to me, since I think that the firefox scroll bar is overlaping the scroll part of the facebook chat sidebar, since I just can see a few people on this facebook chat sidebar and I can´t scroll along it, as I could a while ago. So my guess is that the firefox scroll bar is covering the other. My firefox browser window will not stay in full screen mode, it keeps reducing itself so I can't use the scroll down button on the side, so I have to constantly minimize and maximize to get to the scroll bar, How can I stop this?

Like I said it happens every few minutes... It is annoying when you are on the internet for more than a few minutes because you constantly have to either minimize it or reduce the screen manually by hitting the button and then maximize it again to get the scroll bar to be in view to use it.

I did this and it fixed it for several days, but it broke again eventually.
