After downloading the latest IOS 7 system for my Ipad2 When I log onto ITunes on my mac it will not allow me to sinc the ipad on ITunes?
Album artwork can be added/changed on songs via the iTunes Get Info menu item from the File menu. Note that music that you loaded from CDs will not have any artwork. If you want to aquire artwork you can try the File menu item Library > Get Artwork or you can download artwork from the internet, etc. Note that just changing artwork on your computer won't affect the iPod until you sync.
If the artwork is correct on your computer iTunes then delete all the music on your iPod by syncing with iTunes with no music selected. Then reload the music onto your iPod by again syncing with iTunes with all the music you want selected. -

Hopefully it's not been too long since you last upgraded iTunes, in fact if you get an empty/incomplete library immediately after upgrading then with the following steps you shouldn't lose a thing or need to do any further housekeeping. In the Previous iTunes Libraries folder should be a number of dated iTunes Library files. Take the most recent of these and copy it into the iTunes folder. Rename iTunes Library.itl as iTunes Library (Corrupt).itl and then rename the restored file as iTunes Library.itl. Start iTunes. Should all be good, bar any recent additions to or deletions from your library.
See iTunes Folder Watch for a tool to catch up with any changes since the backup file was created.
When you get it all working make a backup!

Since Upgrading the software on my Iphone 3GS to the iOS5, I have not been able to back up my on my laptop, it starts syncing then kicks me out.
I have uninstalled my internet security and that is not the problem (so re-installed)
I have updated the Windows XP to service Pack 3
I have un installed and re installed iTunes as well
And none of this has worked!
I was going to upgrade my phone to the iPhone 4S but dont feel i can now as worried it wont sync.
Please can anyone help me as this is rather frustrating now!

Hi all. I have just downloaded Mverick on to my computer. I also then installed a couple of updates.
I then tried to open iPhoto to be told that I could not open the version on my machine. I then went back to the Apple updates and found one updating I photo.
So I click update and am looking at a box with an apple ID I havent used for three years and there is no way I was able to change it. Strangley when logging on to this support community site I was able to enter my current username and password thus enabling me to ask for advice. I am not a great compter expert and have somewhat defective eyesight which accounts for the mistype in community name.
Any advice gratefully received.

There are a couple of places where the Apple ID is used, so the first thing I would suggest is to go to the appleid.apple.com website and make sure everything is up to date there. Then, sign out of your iTunes Store Account and sign back in with the correct Apple ID and password. Finally, look at the settings for your Computer Administrator account and make sure that is correct as well. I'm including a few articles for you that explain this information in more detail.

Each time I connect the iphone my system crashes. There was NOTHING wrong with my itunes or system until the point of update. There doesn't seem to be support, despite the extent of this problem. My iphone seems to need an update as its overheating and battery life is a nanosecond. BEYOND FRUSTRATED! All input welcome.

I am continuously getting an error message, "MP Navigator EX quit unexpectedly when ever I try to scan a document. I have just downloaded a trial version of Photoshop Elements onto my Mac Book Pro (10.9.4). The installation to my hard drive went fine so I attempted to use Elements on an existing Photoshop file. I did not see the Elements option in my filter menu and am uncertain as to how to "add" the Elemnts to my existing filter choices. Please advise.
I'm sorry but it's very hard to understand what you mean. What filter menu? In which program? Do you mean you're trying to use PSE as an external editor with some other asset management program? Which one?

The iTunes application should be installed on the system drive. You may need to repair iTunes to fix that error regarding a missing .exe.
To organize your library properly see Make a split library portable.
If you don't have a working version of the library that can be transformed into a portable shape I have tools and techniques that can repair the broken links.
