If there is no driver compatible with OX X 10.7 you might want to consider getting a different printer. It may save hair pulling and aggravation.

I have the same problem on my iPhone4. It is obviously a bug in the software. Once it pops out I am locked out of my phone. I can't even begin to describe the frustration this causes. All that stuff about holding down the buttons is useless. the phone won't even shut off. I can take a screen shot like that or go to voice control. Even when I got to a wifi connection, I can't get on. This app blocks everything else. This is a serious bug and can have serious consequences. The only thing my phone would do is go to voice control and let me play iTunes or phone people. Some smart phone hey?

Leave it in the rice for at least a day and change the rice every other day or so. The rice and iPod should be in a sealed container.
Apple will exchange your iPod for a refurbished one for $149. They do not fix yours.

The first thing that has to be done with a new iPad is to activate it via iTunes. What version of iTunes, and what spec computer, have you got ? The iPad's minimum requirements are (from http://www.apple.com/ipad/specs/) :

I have Mac OS X v10.6.8 and it won't play an mpg file. Any idea why not? I get the message that The document “M2U00002.MPG” could not be opened. The movie is not in a format that QuickTime Player understands. You may need to install additional software to open this type of file. But when I go to the help page it says that Quick TIme will play MPEG. Any help would be appreciated a lot. Thanks!

Armenian fonts installed and show up in Photoshop, but they don't work.

I have a Mac OSX 10.6.8 running on Snow Leopard. I have Photoshop CS5. I installed about 10 different Armenian fonts (ttf file extensions) and unzipped them. I double clicked them all and installed them into my Font Book. They appear in Final Cut Pro and in Adobe Photoshop, but they do not work. I previously installed the Armeast font and that is the only font that will work in both programs. If I highlight my text and switch to any of the other Armenian fonts--ArmScript, Mshtakan, etc., it will just jump back to the default Armeast font. And the other Armenian fonts--ArmArt, ArmScool, Araratn, Arial ArmenianNew are listed as Latin characters "Sample." I really hate the default Armeast font and there are so many beautiful fonts I would rather be using. Is there any way to enable them to work in Photoshop? I have read through other threads and I couldn't find what I was looking for to answer my question.

I can't play movie downloads. I've tried opening them with Windows Media Player, i-tunes, and Quick time but they don't work.

If after you download the movie, you navigate away and do something else with your Apple TV the content you have downloaded will be overwritten and you'll need to download it again. It's a pain in the neck for many who have slow downloads but it's something that comes with using volatile memory rather than a hard drive for storage.
Perhaps you're not doing this, but I thought it worth mentioning.

I have a Sony Vaio laptop and have read on the discussions that this can occur but all the solutions I have read haven't seemed to solve it. Anybody else got an idea? I do not have a lot of suggestions to be perfectly honest, as I only use aperture from time to time.
When you look at the empty library in finder, how big is it?
I know it is a long shot, but is it possible you deleted the library and it is sitting in the trash?
Hang on, I just thought of something. were the pictures held in an iPhoto library and Aperture is referencing them? if so try this:-
Open iPhoto, File, Switch to Library. Hopefully the directory that opens should contain a file called "iPhoto Library" again you may have more than one.
That is about all I can suggest.

Connect your iPod to your computer and a dialogue box should come up asking if you want to transfer your purchases. If a box doesn't come up, click the iPod in the iTunes sidebar and there should be a button somewhere on the summary page to transfer purchases.
If you're in the US, you can also redownload your music buy logging into the iTunes store in iTunes, and clicking "purchased" on the right hand side of the store.

Why don't the add ons work when I install them? I can see them in the addon manager, but they don't work when I want to use them. Also very annoying when you have to register for one stinking question!!!

I see it in the addon manager, but when I want to switch from us to dutch dictionary, it's just not there to be switched to. It's annoying and I need the dictionary

You can see which dictionary is selected if you right-click in a text area and open the Languages submenu.

Web searches are being done using yahoo and not google. I tried the fixes given but they don't work. I want to use Google by default

only by clicking on mozilla firefox start page can i get a google search. the initial screen always uses yahoo
