I have just downloaded two movies and I can't play them because I don't the right display????

HDCP = High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection
They are protected copies, I asume that you bought them?

I purchased two songs on iTunes from the same album but when I try to play them, I get an error message that says, "This computer is already associated with an Apple ID. You can download past purchases on this computer with just one Apple ID every 90 days. This computer can be used with a different Apple ID in 78 days." Another strange thing that happens: after the error message disappears, the "play" icon (the little speaker to the left of the track name indicating it's playing) rapidly switches between the two songs.

Downloading a rental on the Ipad takes more time. In addition I can not find the rented documentary.
Is there a way of re-download the rented documentary and movie on my computer or apple TV? I already recived the confirmation charge for the rentals but I have not been able to see both rentals.

Unless you are in the US then films are currently a one-time only download - and even in the US not all film studios are allowing their films to be re-downloaded (re-downloading). Did you not copy them off the iPad first via File > Transfer Purchases ? If not then you can try contacting Apple, but they are under no obligation to let you re-download them : http://www.apple.com/uk/support/itunes/contact/

If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copy of the track and try redownloading a fresh one. See the following document for instructions:

Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".

I was having the same problem. I followed the directions from the link you listed, but the library file in the Previous folder was dated the same as the date of my upgrade. There are no other files in that folder. I tried anyway but it did not work. Any suggestions short of individually adding them?

Same or related issue.
After installing latest updates of Mac Mavericks and Adobe Reader, I can't open pdfs downloaded from the web or print pdfs from the web. Using "export" doesn't help. Same with the print/pdf workaround.
I uninstalled/reinstalled Reader. I indicated Adobe Reader as my default opener for pdf-type files. No help.
I'm using Safari.

HT203175 I don't know whether these articles apply or not. Here's what I seeing in my iTunes program. When I open iTunes, I see little exclamation points next to EVERY song that has been downloaded. Therefore, I can't play them from my computer or dwnl

Can somebody help me get rid of these exclamation points so that I can download all my songs to my iPod? Please? I don't know why they appeared, as I did have the songs working before and they were on my iPod. But, I didn't want ALL of them on there and I didn't know I could "select" which songs to send to the iPod. However, it's been a few months since I messed with it. But, yesterday, when I went to select my songs, I noticed all these excalamation points on everything that was there. Help, please! Again, I can't play them from my computer AND they won't download to my iPod!

This happens if the file is no longer where iTunes expects to find it. Possible causes are that you or some third party tool has moved, renamed or deleted the file, or that the drive it lives on has had a change of drive letter. It is also possible that iTunes has changed from expecting the files to be in the pre-iTunes 9 layout to post-iTunes 9 layout,or vice-versa, and so is looking in slightly the wrong place.
Select a track with an exclamation mark, use Ctrl-I to get info, then cancel when asked to try to locate the track. Look on the summary tab for the location that iTunes thinks the file should be. Now take a look around your hard drive(s). Hopefully you can locate the track in question. If a section of your library has simply been moved, or a drive letter has changed, it should be possible to reverse the actions.
Alternatively, as long as you can find a location holding the missing files, then you should be able to use my FindTracks script to reconnect them to iTunes.

I have a problem with my Ipod. It's a nano chromatic, 1st generation , 16go
It merges several songs togetether and don't play them. I have tried to restore it. But it doesn't work.
It would bother me to buy a new one. (sorry for my english, I'm french -_-')

Sounds like a Windows installer. Does it say Mac on the disk? When you open the dmg, does it say Office:Mac?

I purchased two songs and can't find them!

I purchased two songs on iTunes and although it said they had finished downloading, when I went to close off iTunes it informed me they hadn't finished. However, the songs were in my library and playing so I closed it off.
Now I can't find them anywhere - they're listed in my purchases, but they're not in my library or my MP3 files on my laptop. Any help?

I have the same issue with the same song. Itunes will play it, but my Ipod will skip several songs on the album before it starts to play.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Try deleting the problematic tune (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iTunes store.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option at the bottom of the screen of the iTunes app on your iOS device.
If the problem re-occurs, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer.
