HT1338 May I know how to downgrade my OS 10.80 to 10.70?

after upgraded from 10.7 to10.80, my wired internet cannot work, i do not know why, so i really want to down grade it but i cannot do that, why and how?

Have you tested you wired internet with another Mac or PC to see if it works there? You may also wish to try another Ethernet cable incase there is an issue with the one you are currently using.
If you are sure you want to downgrade then I believe you need to boot to the Internet Recovery to reinstall Lion. This is the way I had done it soon after the release and I haven't heard anything about this procedure changing.
Turn off the Mac and reboot holding Command, Option and R. Internet recovery will begin and eventually bring you to a screen where you should be able to reinstall Lion.

Downgrading the iOS is not supported. If you are using Safari this try clearing its cache via Settings > Safari.
If that doesn't work then try closing Safari completely and then re-open it : from the home screen (i.e. not with Safari 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Safari app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
A third option is a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

You can restore the phone and when prompted to restore choose from icloud account. BUT MAKE SURE there is 1.) an icloud backup for your phone. 2.) you are using the same apple id.

I have taken it back to the Apple store genius bar, but they say they don't see anything wrong. Well unless you use it all day and experience the problems when they happen, you wont see anything wrong. But there are lots wrong with it. But this would be the same store as I purchased the phone. And they backed up my old Iphone 4, but were not able to get anything to load back onto my new phone. So, I lost pretty much everything. Go to Settings > iTunes & App Stores. Tap on the Apple ID, choose to sign out, then sign in with a different Apple ID.
Go to Settings > iCloud. Do the same thing there.... Or, I think you may have to 'Delete Account', but choose to keep the data on the phone.

Go to Administration > Dimensions > Select Dimension > Select the member to want to assign acccess filters to :- Assign Access
Repeat process for all access permissions.

Refresh Planning including security filters
