HT1338 PLEASE HELP. IOS 6.0.1 problems for iPhone 4!
My phone will not update. I click "install now" and I agree to the agreement and it checks for verification. It then says "IOS 6.1 failed to update because you are no longer connected to the internet" but my phone shows full wifi? PLEASE HELP.
@seifalislam , please let us know , what happend next after going to your local apple retail store. they replaced ur iphone or anything else.

Will not power on, or will not turn on unless connected to power
Verify that the Sleep/Wake button functions. If it does not function, inspect it for signs of damage. If the button is damaged or is not functioning when pressed, seek service.
Connect the iPod touch to an Apple USB power adapter and let it charge for at least ten minutes.
After at least 15 minutes, if the display turns on and…
The home screen appears, the device should be working. Continue charging it until it is completely charged and you see this battery icon in the upper-right corner of the screen: . Then disconnect the device from power. If it immediately turns off, seek service.
The low-battery image appears even after the iPod touch has charged for at least 20 minutes: See the "iPod touch displays the low-battery image and is unresponsive" symptom in this article.
Something other than the Home screen or low-battery image appears , continue with this article for further troubleshooting steps.
If the iPod touch did not turn on, reset it while connected to an Apple USB power adapter. If the display turns on, go to step 4.If the display remains black, go to the next step.
Restore the device. Connect it to a computer and open iTunes. If iTunes recognizes it and indicates that it is in recovery mode, attempt to restore the iPod touch. If the device doesn't appear in iTunes or if you have difficulties in restoring it, see this article for further assistance.
If restoring the iPod touch resolved the issue, go to step 4. If restoring it did not solve the issue, seek service.

Then you'll have to use another iOS device or Mac running OS X Lion or higher to create a new account for you to use on your phone. If you don't have one, perhaps a friend would allow you to create and account on their device (note: this will use one of their three maximum accounts). To do this, they would need to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account (which will delete the account from their device but not from iCloud), then allow you to sign back in with your ID to create the new account. Then tap Delete Account to delete the new account from their device, and finally, sign back in with their iCloud ID to restore their iCloud account to their device. Then you can sign in with your ID on your phone in Settings>iCloud and use the new account.

As far as trying to power up your device, make sure it has a good charge and then hold the button on the top of the phone and the home button on the faceplate together until the apple appears on the screen.

Photos/videos in the Camera Roll are not synced. Photos/videos in the Camera Roll are not touched with the iTunes sync process. Photos/videos in the Camera Roll can be imported by your computer which is not handled by iTunes. Most importing software includes an option to delete the photos/videos from the Camera Roll after the import process is complete. If is my understanding that some Windows import software supports importing photos from the Camera Roll, but not videos. Regardless, the import software should not delete the photos/videos from the Camera Roll unless you set the app to do so.
Photos/videos in the Camera Roll are included with your iPhone's backup. If you synced your iPhone with iTunes before the videos on the Camera Roll went missing and you haven't synced your iPhone with iTunes since they went missing, you can try restoring the iPhone with iTunes from the iPhone's backup. Don't sync the iPhone with iTunes again and decline the prompt to update the iPhone's backup after selecting Restore. -

Here is an article that I would recommend taking a look at for this issue.
Get help with Touch ID
Make sure that you're using the latest version of iOS.
Make sure that your fingers and the Home button are clean and dry.*
Cover the Home button completely. Don't tap too quickly, don't press down hard, and don't move your finger while Touch ID is scanning. Make sure that your finger touches the metal ring around the Home button.
If you're using a case or screen protector, make sure it doesn't cover the Home button or the surrounding ring. If it does, remove the case or screen protector and try again.
Tap Settings > Touch ID & Passcode and make sure that iPhone Unlock or iTunes & App Store is on. Also make sure that you've enrolled one or more fingerprints.
Try enrolling a different finger.
If you can't enroll any of your fingers, take your device to an Apple Retail Store, Apple Authorized Service Provider, or contact AppleCare for help.
* Moisture, lotions, sweat, oils, cuts, or dry skin might affect fingerprint recognition. Certain activities can also temporarily affect fingerprint recognition, including exercising, showering, swimming, cooking, or other conditions or changes that affect your fingerprint.

jnlp isn't an audio file format. It's just a java web-start program (Java Network Launching Protocol). -

If you are the original owner of the phone and know the Apple ID and password that were used to activate it originally, and if you have an existing backup to restore from, you can force it into recovery mode (which will completely erase it) and restore it as explained here: If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support. When you do you will encounter activation lock, and will have to provide the ID and password used to activate it originally in order to activate it again. If you can't, you won't be able to activate and use it.

please help me, I meet a problem. when I open the PDF file with Adobe Reader X, there will be a windows popup and shows:
"contacting http://ocsp.verisign.com for OCSP based revocation checking, press ESC to cancel". after that the program will be dead.
If you know how to fix this prpblem, please help me! Thanks in advance!We are experiencing the same thing. That same window will pop up and lock up the Adobe. It doesn't matter if the PDF is signed, unsigned, has no signing function or just opening up Adobe itself. The popup will show up about 30 second-ish after opening a PDF or Adobe.
When looking at task manager the CPU will stick at 50% most of the time the ram for the two processes will fluctuate slightly every minute or so sometimes a few minutes.
Now I cannot confirm this yet but it seems it may be related to the 10.1.6 as the issue did not show up till that was pushed out to our network.
The issue so far only appears to be on XP and not 7 however this issue appears to be a new thing so cannot confirm that as we have not recieved many calls...yet. However I have recieved 2 calls in 2 days for the same issue. First call the issue seemed to have resolved itself, however the second call (different person) with this issue, it is causing major problems with Adobe.
**Update**
So for us, uninstalling Adobe Reader X and removing all registry entries for Adobe Reader then installing it seems to have worked. It shows up in some instances for PDF's having digital signatures but acctually finishes in a second or two and doesn't show up in all digital signature instances.
The important part is it seems to have fixed it from hanging at checking the OCSP list. If the issue returns ill make an update here. Figured I should let folks know what worked for us might work for them. If someone can come up with a quicker (like a specific registry edit or deletion) that would be great heh.
