HT1339 I updated to iOS 6 on my iPod Touch 4G, but when I go to turn it back on, the iTunes and the charger adapter comes up, I then connect it to iTunes.  It then says it is in recovery mode and I must restore it before using iTunes. What can I do?

What do I do?
