Forgot my password, how do I retrieve, change get in to mac pro?

Start in Single User Mode and reset your password. Or if you are on 10.7 or 10.8, start to the Recovery partition and reset your password. I will not detail the steps here but Google is your friend.

Options for when an iOS device gets locked because of forgotten passcode:
Restore (and reset passcode) on your device by connecting it to the last computer to which it was connected:

If you cannot connect it to the computer to which the device was last connected (or the device was never connected to a computer) you will have to use recovery mode to completely reset the device, losing all data:

On my iPad i keep getting a prompt which says sign into iCloud with my apple dither has an old email that I no longer use so I forgot that password how do I get rid of this.

IIPad a prompt comes up every 10 seconds asking " sign into ICloud shoes an old email address and wants the password. Everything I try does not work. How do I get rid of this, as I use a different Apple i.d.

to delete backups in itunes for to Edit>Prefences>Devices. Select the backup you want to remove then hit delete underneath that box containing your backups. If mac os click on iTunes in your tool bar and same steps as above.

Restore, if iTunes will let you. Everything except the password will be restored. Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. Be forewarned that it takes a long time. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod. As before, say "yes." Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time. If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device. Corrective action is simple - choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.
If you're unable to do the Restore, go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here.

If you are able to Get Info on the folder of interest go the the very bottom section Sharing and Permissions.
You can gain access to this area by clicking on the lock in the lower right corner of the Get Info window.
Once you have input the admin password for the computer you should be able to edit the permissions on that file/directory.

I'm sorry, but I know nothing about iCloud email. I stayed away from iCloud email and only use iCloud for limited purposes.

You should have your stuff separate from your mom's. Delete all the apps downloaded or purchased with your mom's Apple ID and download or purchase them with your own Apple ID. Back up files and data first if possible.
