hello, last december one man he talking to me on the bus.and he offer me iphone 4,cheaper just only 150.00 pounds...the problem im trying to open this mobile to itunes but totally out of services...... how to open and how to use can u help me pls many thanks
When someone offers to sell you something at substantially less than it normally costs, maybe you should be suspicious...
You're going to have to clarify what you're doing and EXACTLY what heppens when you try. "totally out of services" makes no sense at all.

How are you accessing Hotmail? Via your web browser? Are you using Apple Mail? Outlook?

How do you know its charging very very slowly? Is the screen back on?
Once a month you should charge your phone to 100% then drain it, then charge it back up to 100%.
Just leave the phone in and do what is said above.
How long do you think it will take to charge to 100%? -
Hello I have a problem with my IPhone 5S not turning on
So I had my phone in my pocket this morning at a ball game, and it was fully charged. I took it out and took two pictures, and held it in my hand and I went take another picture and it was off. I have only had this phone since April so its still pretty new. I just can't figure out what heppened to it.
Reset the phone, as clearly outlined in the user guide: hold the on/off switch and the home button simultaneously up to a minute -- release when you see the Apple logo.

Hello , please am having a problem with my iphone 5 , the battery runs out quickly ,another problem also if i turn on 3G it will run faster , 15 minutes and the iphone battery will be out . My final problem is that "no service " appears a lot especially when opening wifi or 3G , can you help ?

Just moved my email from Entourage to Mail. Having real problems with getting my signatures to work properly despite sending email as Rich Text.
When adding in a small company logo to the signature, PC's / windows computers only receive signature and logo as attachments.
I've tried all possible fixes I can find including getting a PC user to format the logo but no joy. Has anyone experienced this and any ideas on a fix gratefully received.Send it as html so the signature is an image source URL

First thing to try is to reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider should one appear until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.
If that doesn't correct the problem Make an appointment at an Apple Store to have your device examined by a technician. Or contact Apple Support. -
Ive used compressor and then tried to put it in dvdsp put its not working. I am having problems with the audio or when i burn it , i cant play the dvd? any help would be appreciated
I suspect you are attempting to burn an HD DVD, which will not play on a DVD player...
But if you provide more details such as the settings you are applying in Compressor, then we would be able to provide you more accurate information.
How are you adding the files to Compressor?

hello i have a problem with my fingerprint id its not working anymore like before his not recognised my finger anymore why ?
I have had to periodically delete and re-enter my fingerprint. The last update (7.1) may have improved that. You can delete by going to Settings > Touch ID & Passcode, enter your passcode and then tap "Turn Passcode Off" and then go back to the same area, put a passcode back on and then a fingerprint.
