Hi! Yes. But mr daniel said this might be because of the fact that i am in Iran and someone told me i would need a proxy, which i cannot use because i do not know how to operate it. I mean vpn or something like that. Do u have another idea that may re-start downloadibg for my ipad? Thank you.

Please check which line of code is giving this error, run the Form in the debug mode and find out.
Sometimes you may get this error when you use an old version of d2kwutil or when the D2KWUT32.DLL file is not copied to the <Oracle_Home>\BIN directory of the client machine.
If you are not using the above package it may be due to some other reason. Recheck your code again.

Error 23, 28, 29: These errors may indicate a hardware issue with your device. Follow the steps in this article. Also attempt to restore while connected with the white USB Dock Connector cable that shipped with your device, on a known good computer and network to isolate this issue to the device. The MAC address being missing or the IMEI being the default value, (00 499901 064000 0), can also confirm a hardware issue. It doesn't matter when you installed antivirus software; if you have it on your computer it will frequently block access from applications to sites it does not know about. A sync does not require access to a site not on your computer; an upgrade clearly does. So if you have never jailbroken any device you do not need to be concerned about your hosts file, but you DO need to temporarily disable your antivirus during the update process.
The hosts file is an operating system file on all computers that overrides DNS lookup. In order to jailbreak or hack an iDevice the programs that do it need to redirect iTunes so it does not go to the Apple activation server, but instead goes to the hacking program for activation instructions. It does this by adding a record to the hosts file that bypasses the DNS lookup for gs.apple.com. But you don't have to be concerned about this.

Very Important, how much Free Space is on your Hard Drive first of all? Click on the Macintosh HD on the Desktop, then do a Get Info on it.
First, Safe Boot , (holding Shift key down at bootup), use Disk Utility from there to Repair Permissions, test if things work OK in Safe Mode.
Open Activity Monitor in Applications>Utilities, select All Processes & sort on CPU%, any indications there?
How much RAM & free space do you have also, click on the Memory & Disk Usage Tabs.
In the Memory tab, are there a lot of Pageouts?

1: TimeMachine saves states of changes and thus requires more room on the TM drive than the boot drive it's backing up.
