I had pictures tranferred from another computer to my Iphone 4s and I have done a backup to my Itunes however I can't find that folder on my MAC in Itunes. I want that picture folder in Itunes because I have purchased an Iphone 5s and want to tranfer everything to it HELP

You can directly transfer photos and videos via WiFi between the iDevices, PCs, and Macs with an App like Photo Transfer.

Or you can upload the photos and videos to the Dropbox service using the Dropbox App on the iDevice, PC, or Mac and download them to the another device using the Dropbox App on that device. By the way, once the videos are on Dropbox you can share them with others.

If you don't have Time Machine enabled on your Mac you'll need to use a file recovery applicaiton like SubrosaSoft FileSalvage. FileSalvage had a demo mode to let you know what it can find and recover before you have to purchase it. However, it won't be able to recover the folder, only the files in the folder.
Other possible file recovery applications can be found at MacUpdate.com by searching there for "file recovery".

Short version: iTunes will transfer the purchases made from the iTunes Store on your iPhoneh to your computer. It treats all other music and video syncing as a one-way street, to comply with copyright laws (wont sync stuff not purchased through iTunes from your iPhone to your computer).

you can connect you phone to the computer with a cable and the computer recognises the phone as a external drive. You could do backup using itunes and camera roll is part of backup

Thank you KiltedTim. She is not a typical "syncer" or computer/phone interface person so only a few times, if that, has her phone been "synced". And the time that I synced it I was not presented the option for anything related to her husband's phone so I highly did not expect anything but simply upload options. He possibly placed his info on her netbook since. Everytime that I have interfaced any phone to a computer, including hers, a Blackberry, a Samsung, etc., the screen that lists the options including "Open Folder to View Files" comes up automatically. My understanding of the system prompt to recognize her iphone as it did her husband's was that it would relate the iphone interface software for the upload not replace her data with his.

It does make sense. The iPhone is a one-person device and just syncs to one computer.
The way it should work is as follows:
Old computer content ---> New computer
New computer <---> syncs to iPhone
But the way you are trying to operate sounds like:
Old computer content ---> iPhone
... and ...
New computer content <---> iPhone
So simply move your old stuff (either directly from iTunes, or from a computer backup) to the new computer, have it all there, then sync your iPhone to the new machine.

You did not restore the new iPhone.
The first time a new iPhone is connected to iTunes on a computer that is used to sync with another iPhone or iOS device or that was used to backup another iPhone or iOS devide, you are prompted to transfer the backup for the other iPhone or iOS device, or set up the new iPhone as a new iPhone.
Since the old iPhone was synced with iTunes on a different computer, all iTunes content on the new iPhone (which is none at the present time) will be erased first.
The warning message should indicate all iTunes content will be erased from the iPhone, which is iTunes content only.
If you are syncing contacts with a supported address book app on this computer and the supported address book app on this computer includes any contacts, you will be provided a merge prompt for the contacts, which you want to select. Otherwise the contacts on the iPhone will be replaced with the contacts in the address book app on the computer with the first sync.

You can't. If you had a backup of the places.sqlite file from before deleting the browsing history, you could restore that file. As far as "never remember my history", nothing is saved or "recorded".
