I have over scratched my itunes card and im now missing some numbers on the code and i heard that i can just email apple and send my serial number to them and they will send me the code but i cant find an email address to send it to, please help!

You can't merge IDs, but if you want to change the ID:
For iMessage, go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive, tap the ID sign out, sign back in using the new ID.
For FaceTime, do the same thing in Settings>FaceTime.
For Purchasing, do this in Settings>iTunes & App Store.
For iCloud, start by saving your photo stream photos to your camera roll by opening your My Photo Stream album, tap Select, tap all the photos you want to save, tap the share icon (box with upward pointing arrow), then tap Save to Camera Roll. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and provide the password and choose Keep on My iPhone when prompted, then sign back in with your new ID and choose Merge to upload your data.

I have charged my apple account using iTunes card to buy diamonds from boombeach game. Unfortunately, they didn't allow me to buy diamonds because thay said "apple doesn't allow in-app purchase to be done using iTunes card, you should pay with visa instead". That's exactly wastes my money ! How could I pay with my iTunes card amount. If I cannot do so, how could I refund the price of the iTunes card?

You are in the country that you have listed on your iTunes account, you aren't trying to use another country's store ? If you are then you could try contacting iTunes Support and see if they can do anything to stop it requiring payment details : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

I recently financed an iPad through the BarclayCard in October. On Sunday my iPad was stolen while I was in my garage. The iPad is not paid off yet and I don't know if Apple provides any customer assistance since I financed it through them. Who would I contact and how?

How do I contact Apple about these emails I'm getting from them?

Hi everyone,
I'm getting emails from Apple about renewing AppleCare and a replacement iPhone 4 but it seems they are meant for someone of the same name as myself who lives in the US.
The odd thing is they are sent from Apple to an email address identical to my own except it misses out a full stop (dot) between forename and surname. How it's getting into my indox I don't know, and when I emailed this other Ed to inform him of this the email arrived in my own inbox which was really odd.
Any advice anyone could give me would be much appreciated.

EDIT: It turns out Gmail doesn't distinguish between addresses with dots or not, so the emails are meant to be coming to be but some guy with the same name as me has entered the wrong address. Does anyone know where I can email Apple about this or what number to call in the UK? Thanks : )

Hi Ed,
Do the emails coming to you, by mistake, have a reference number at the top? Many will have some identifier to use for response.
If not, have you tried contacting Apple Customer Support to report the situation?
It is frustrating enough getting junk mail correctly addressed without getting mail about something you don't have and is incorrectly addressed

Your complaint is not with Apple. You bought from an unauthorized seller. Your complain is with that seller.

You got good advice already; as for the password, I absolutely agree with Chris: no automatic - it's much safer to have to enter your password! And the same for Firewall: leave it on - it has nothing to do with passwords - it keeps bad guys (hackers) out of your machine! And that's very important nowadays, isn't it.

If the apps that are on your son's iPad were purchased under his Dad's Apple ID, then signing your Apple ID onto the iPad will not help you with updating those apps.
Also, if the iPad was sync'd with his Dad's iTunes library, then hooking it up to your computer/iTunes library, will require you to reset the iPad, and everything that was loaded under the other Library and Apple ID will be wiped out.
Can you provide a little more info about what was set up under which Apple ID and what iTunes library the iPad was sync'd with?
