If the file was not originally from iTunes, you'll need to redownload it from it's original source or rerip it from the CD. Files can sometimes go bad and become corrupted. As to how or why that happens, there are a number of ways.
What format are the problematic tracks in? Have you tried converting them to another format in iTunes?

Right now, when I open Mozilla Firefox, I'm brought to Bing. I'd rather that Google be the browser I'm brought to initially. I think this might be called my "homepage". I don't know how to change from Bing to Google, and I've tried several different ways. Please and thank-you in advance for any assistance y'all can provide me with so that I can accomplish this goal.

Daniel JuhaszDid you actually try changing the homepage? Not sure what the Vista version looks like, but on XP you can find it under Tools, Settings, General.

I am trying to move 2 ringtones from my Iphone4 to my new Iphone5. I can see the ringtones in Itunes on the old device. I cant seem to copy them to the library or to the new phone. Do you have any suggestions?

Congratulations on your new iPhone 5! It sounds like you would like to transfer your ringtones from your iPhone 4 to your iPhone 5.
If the ringtones were purchased from the iTunes Store, you can transfer them to iTunes using the steps in this article:

You could have more 5 computers authorized if you ever, for example, reformatted a hard drive or replaced a hard drive without deauthorizing the computer first. You won't lose any data. Mistimp is correct, they can't tell you which computers are authorized. -
Hi, my phone was stolen a few days ago and just a few days ago the phone was online and it automatically locked itself since I've put it under lost mode and the thief probably switched off the phone immediately so that I cant locate it. Is it possible for me to have the last known location where he/she turned on the phone so that I can track it down from the last location? Thank you
Correct.
The only way to locate/disable/erase any lost/stolen iPhone/iPod Touch is through Find My Phone or a similar app. However, this requires that Find My Phone be setup/activated, on your phone, before it was lost/stolen. You would then login at iCloud.com & try to locate it. This requires the phone be turned on & have an Internet connection. There is no other way to locate a lost/stolen iPhone. Apple can't/won't help you, nor will your carrier. Report the loss to the Police, your carrier & Insurance company. Change all of your passwords.
If your carrier offers Blacklisting & they Blacklist the phone, it will be unusable as a phone.
If locked with a passcode, and running iOS 7.0, then phone cannot be activated or the passcode removed without knowing your Apple iD/Password. It will be nothing but a useless paperweight.
If not running iOS 7.0, the phone can be forced into recovery mode & restored. -

I signed in to check on my creative cloud subscription and don't see it. I must have used a different Adobe ID but for the life of me don't remember what it could have been other than what I signed in as. I can find no way to contact Adobe for this.

How do I complain about rude service over the online chat?
While using the online chat feature one of the advisors was very rude to me and did nothelp solve the problem.
This morning, I called 1800-80-3638, apple store support. This gal answered and I told her I need to send my iPhone 5s back to apple for reset. She asked me to tell her why... I explained and then she said she don understand my problem... Then I said that's why I call apple support... Guess what she replied "You do not know how to use smart phone so that's you own bloody problem"
I was so shocked that such a prestigious company support team could have such a reply to customers!!!! I asked for her name and she refused to answer and said I want to speak to her supervisor.
So, I called the toll-free number again. Again, its her!!!!
So, I called the toll-free number the third time, before I can anything, she said "You can not find my supervisor!!!"
Then I went to apple website, there is no customer complain tab.... No place to complain except the feedback site... What a big worldwide company but there is no place to handle complains!!!! Shame on you, -
I cannot force quit and I cannot restart. I tried the online help which directed me to uninstall, but I couldn't find library /application support. How can I fix this without having to turn off the computer?.

the only mention i can find in the users guide is

Ok the program does not have a help button that i can see
so where do i find the "online Help"?

How do you save your photos in iPhoto and be able to find the photos when you are in different programs. When i try to find them I can only find the iPhotos not the individual photos.
Use the media browser. In every open/attach window in tithe lower left hand corner under media ==> photos ==> iPhoto
