I would like to upgrade my ios for my iPad but don't know how. I have checked my apps and cannot locate an upgrade. I would like to see netflix and other online stuff. Please advise

You need to upgrade the iOS using the latest version of iTunes on a computer. You connect the iPad to the computer, launch iTunes, click on the iPad name under the devices heading on the left, then click on the Check for Update button in the Summary Pane of the iTunes window on the right.

I assume that you mean Numbers, in which case the iPad version can be used on the iPhone (if you've got the current version of Numbers then you will need iOS 5 on your iPhone). It can't be used on your iMac as that is a different operating system, you will need the Mac OS X version for that - but you can use spreadsheets created in Numbers on the iPad in Numbers on the Mac and vice versa.

Just go to http://www.apple.com/osx/uptodate/ if in the US otherwise go to main Apple homepage, click on the 'Mountain Lion is here' icon then scroll to the bottom where it says 'Get a free upgrade with your new Mac'. There are some Apps you can use, but be careful they will only download these videos inside the App, so you won't ba able to play them in your video app or share them.
Most popular is the app called "Video Download" but there are a lot of alternatives for free and even with more quality which you can pay for.

Haven't done it myself, but seems like the correct workflow would be:
From GarageBand (iOS), My Songs -> select song -> Send to iTunes
From iMovie HD (iOS), My Project -> Insert Media -> select by song name
I'm not sure if GB creates its own playlist for tagging exported songs in your iTunes library so selecting by name would be the next-best method.

You need to go to the App stores and find compatible apps. iOS device do not natively have to ability to transfer info to a computer via BT to a computer.
With iOS 8 you can use AirDrop

Add-AppxPackage to add a signed app package (.appx) to a user account.
But we cannot extract them from the ISO.
The behavior is by design.And this is a software protection regime.
