here is my problem now, I'm tried to fix my itune last but the programs can't update and restore cause my Iphone freezing.
it light and say itune with cable usb. but I can't do nothing now.
can your staff please assist me.

I have recently purchased a used iPhone 4, when I pulg it into my pc a skull icon appears instead of the apple. The pc also does not recognise the iPhone. The phone was originally purchased in March of this year, so it is under 12 months old. Has anybody encountered this problem and or know how I can fix the phone? Thanks
You have apparently purchased a jailbroken phone. You can try to get it into recovery mode, then restore as new, but no guarantee it will work.

I have tried to restore my old iPhone 3, but when i tried the itunes logo and a pic of a USB cable have come up on my phone and now i cant do anything with my phone.Any ideas how i can fix this? Hi. I have a MacBook Pro with OS10.6.8 and cannot get internet pages to load on my WiFi network at home. My iMac, iPhone and iPad all work on this network. It is connected to the net as dropbox registers a connection and so does skype. I can connect to the WiFi in work and on other networks when travelling. However, some other networks are now starting to fail. Can anyone suggets how I can fix it, as the MBP appears to be fine, its updated with all the latest versions of software and the WiFi network is also fine....just not with my MBP??

Here is the screen shot, just the top half, there are another 10 pages, but I guess this should enough for you to have an idea of waht is going on, bit small I am afraid. No, I don't have any apps setup to run when I open my computer, the kernel, varies between 290 and 305 per cent ish.
Would that PRAM thing help ? I think it may be the computer itself, well something inside, as this the first time that the fan has ever started running since I have this computer, even when I have 3 or 4 apps running.

I have an iPhone and when I got it, I had a Toshiba laptop. Now I have a MacBook Pro, but when I try to wi-fi sync my iphone and new computer, it doesn't work because on my iphone it is still trying to sync with my old computer. How I can fix this?
Move the content from the old computer to the new computer.
Sync the iPhone via cable to the new computer and enable Wi-Fi syncing.
It should now be possible to sync via Wi-Fi to the new computer. -
I had my computer repaired, and when I got it back I had to reinstall iTunes. Now iTunes won't authorize this computer because it says we already have 5 devices authorized, but this is the same computer. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
Deauthorizing won't delete anything, and all your purchased content is safe. You will just have to reauthorize any of the other computers that get deauthorized along with your computers old machine id.
To get your purchased content back on that computer, just use iTunes to redownload it (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US). Of course, music you ripped from CD or got from another source you'll need to copy those files back over. -
My Wi-fi on/off button in setting has stopped working and I can't even attempt to find anything does anyone know how I can fix it?? I've already reset the phone setting, network and factory settings
can you see the wi-fi address in the about? if it show N/A, your iphone needs to be repaired.
if your ios is 5.1.1 or you can see the wi-fi address,you could try to connect your iphone to the itunes to restore and update. -
I have somehow managed to lock my phone to one laptop, like I cannot put music on my phone from another laptop and i have to put in screen lock for it to even play! Anyone know how I can fix this ?

What you did was sync it to a computer. The iPhone can sync to ONLY one iTunes library at a time. you can't put media on it from multiple computers. It's been this way since 6/29/2007.

I recently purchased an iMac and transferred all of my documents, photos etc. from my Macbook Pro. Everything seemed fine until I opened iPhoto and now it seems as if some of my photos are distorted and squished. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
How did you move your iPhoto Library from the old Mac to your new one?
Do the following:
1 - launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down to open the First Aid window. Be sure to follow the circled recommendation in the screenshot.
2 - run Option #4, Rebuild Database. -
I have many songs on my iphone that play half way through and then the sound just stops, when I look at my phone the song is still playing, just no sound. Any help on how I can fix this?
Could be a defective SIM. Try a new one from your carrier.

I have a lot of songs in my Itunes library. However, for some reason, they have disappeared and I only have one song left. When I check under My Music, I can see all the songs but can't access them through Itunes. Any idea why this happended and how I can fix it?
I think I fixed this problem a few years ago by literally copying and pasting all my audio content into the iTunes library folder. I can't remember what is called of the top of my head and I don't know if this will still work.
