HT1349 Intermittently when I connect my iPhone to my ihome I get "this device not supported by iPhone".  Why does this happen and what is the fix?

Intermittently my iPhone doesn't recognize my ihome and it says"this device isn't supported by iPhone".  This is so annoying, any suggestions?

Might be a dirty dock connector on your phone.  Try gently brushing it with a clean, dry toothbrush and/or blowing on it with a can of compressed air.
