Welcome to the Support Communities!
For initial troubleshooting, I would suggest restarting and resetting your iPhone, and also updating it to the latest version of the iOS software.
iPhone, iPad, iPod touch: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting
Restarting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Note: Reset your device only if you are unable to restart it.
Resetting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

FIREFOX 4 WILL NOT OPEN/START SINCE BEING UPDATED

I was using Firefox daily,then I updated to the new Firefox 4.Since then it will not open/start.
I uninstalled it - cleaned all traces using "Crap Cleaner" - then re-installed it...Same problem! Will not open/start.

I also had this issue after upgrading to Firefox 4.
I just downloaded firefox 3.6.16 installed it and Firefox opened up perfectly fine and everything was back to normal.

Basic troubleshooting of the device from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore. Has any of this been tried?

Have you tried closing the apps? Double click the home button to reveal the multitasking screen. Hold down on one of the apps there. The icons should start to wiggle. There is also a red buttonn with a line through it at the top left hand corner. Tap that to shut down the app completely as if you were force closing an app on the mac or windows. Do this to all of the apps in the multitasking bar.

Conversations From Outlook 2013 in Native IOS7 IPhone 5S Will Not Open

I am using Outlook 2013 on my Windows 7 Laptop as my mail client. I have my work account attached as an account. I use the Conversation feature from within Outlook 2013. When I try to open those emails on my phone they will not open. They are denoted with a >>
The emails that are single threaded show up as > on the right side next to the time and I am able to open up and read those emails.
Is there some setting I am missing. I just switched to Iphone from using Android since its inception. I'm IT Savvy but Iphone dumb. Please help as it is annoying that I cannot open up those conversations/email on my phone.
Even sliding the mail and clicking on "more" does not do anything

Hi, Thank you so much for the info.... I really do appreciate it. We had the laptop updated by way of a system upgrade with RAM and an additional SSD drive. Once reconfigured all programs were reinstalled but Iphoto is not among them. Iphoto was on the laptop when purchased so we have no additional discs. Before the laptop was updated we backed the photos up to an extrenal hard drive so we have them, but cant access them. Could I purchase Iphoto 8 stll? Would this work? We would also require an external CD drive as we no longer have the disc drive in the laptop (I think the extra new bits took over). You may have noticed I have very limited knowledge on computers so any help dispite how simple it may sound to some would help me greatly. I just want all my photos back .... Thanks inadvance... IPhone 5 will not open apps - tried everything.

After getting a new phone, I backed up my old one and then started the new one as a restoration of the backup. Can't use any apps. I've tried deleting, syncing, restoring, purchasing a new app, still doesn't let me open an app.

Firstly, you will have to check what was the iOS version that you had during the backup of your old iPhone. Please let me know if you are not able to open default apps or all the apps? Also, let me know what happens if you are trying to open apps?

It will open the same file if I convert it to ppt first. The file size of the pptx file is less than 700k. After converting to ppt it is a little over 1 meg and it will open fine. How do I fix this? Manually converting each time is not an option.
