I try cleaning my Bose speaker as well as my phone... Still won't work???

I'm pretty sure that all Bose speakers will work with the iPhone, unless they are very old and still have Firewire charging ports. Check the model number with Bose to be sure; they are a very supportive company.

Samsung SyncMaster P2770HD doesn't want to work with new MacBook Air

I have a (pre-unibody) MacBook Pro and a Samsung SyncMaster P2770HD. I just picked up a MacBook Air with a MiniDisplay Port to DVI adapter. The monitor works fine with my older Pro but when I connect using the adapter to my Air, the monitor doesn't work. The monitor momentarily lights up and complains that it's not receiving a signal.
Any ideas?

I was using my iPhone, with its battery more than 70%, but suddently it tuned off by itself. I tried restarting though on/off button and home button, but it didn't start. I tried recharging and it didn't work as well. When I tried to connect to iTunes, the phone was not detected as usual. Then, the screen only showed the apple logo blinking every 3 seconds. I also tried updating my itunes, yet it still had no effect. Any other advice how to solve this problem? Thanks.

Disable any firewall or security software and restart the computer.
Also make sure your up to date on iTunes software go to your start menu > all programs > Apple software update
or on mac go to  and choose software update and make sure your on iTunes 11.0.4 then restart the computer and retry the recovery mode restore.

Help, itunes doesn't want to work with airtunes and my airport express!

Strangely specific problem with playing itunes using airtunes. Just connected an Airport express to my time capsule. All the software and firmware is up to date, and I'm streaming from itunes to an airport express connected to a stereo. My itunes is on a laptop. My library is on the time capsule. Almost everytime the song changes, the audio drops out and stays out until I pause and replay the song. It's the weirdest thing. There are no random audio drops, just a failure to keep playing when the song switches (and it doesn't happen every time, just some of the time). This is similar but not the same as the problems other folks are having with airport express and itunes audio drop outs. Does anyone have a solution?

Problem solved. Upgrading to most recent itunes relased yesterday seems to have fixed the problem.

Video cable doesn't want to work with dock

I bought a video cable to connect my Touch 2G to my tv. I originally bought a component cable, but it wouldn't pass a signal through my switchbox. My tv has only 1 component input and it would be a major P.i.t.A. to swap cables back and forth, so I took it back and bought a composite cable. I hooked it directly to my tv and it works great. Then I bought a universal dock and hooked it up to the video cable, but now it won't play on my tv.
Anybody have any suggestions?

Here is some more information. My dock model is a1256 or MB125G/B depending on whether I'm looking at the unit or the box. When I'm hooked up directly to the cable for music, the volume slider is gone and I can control the volume through my stereo receiver. When I hook the dock to my a/v cable and I dock my ipod, the volume slider is present when I play music, as if it was hooked up to headphones or usb. So I'm certain that the ipod is not passing the same amount of data through the dock to the a/v cable. I suspect this may be a problem with the dock, but can't find an answer anywhere.

I don't have this particular printer, but I do have a network-ready HP Officejet model that I have my network clients (Macs, PCs, & even Linux) connect to. The key is either using the unit's interfact panel to configure the appropriate network settings specific for your network.

Lightening wire with Bose speaker stopped working

Lightening wire stopped working with Bose speaker ... bought another one and this one is not working either - i don't recall changing any phone settings to make it stop working - any ideas? Have also tried it on other speaker devices at home, so I think its the phone. I have however connected the phone to my car using the same port and it works fine so I think the port is ok ... so I am back to thinking its the settings but can't figure out which ones.

Make sure they are genuine Apple adapters they work perfectly ,most "eBay" style rip-offs do not

I'm assuming you followed a forum like Gizmodo to load the latest version of iOS 7 Beta on your device
Alot of those forums forget to mention, iTunes 11.0.5 will allow you to update to the iOS 7 Beta but your device will no longer work unless you have the developer version of iTunes as well....
I'd suggest you to research how to downgrade back to 6.1.3/4 and wait a few days for the iOS to be released,

CS3 doesn't want to work any more

I have an old version of the creative suite that is all right for what I do (information for a charitable organisation for medical research) installed in 2008. For quite a while now every once in a while when I start up I get a screen asking me to register. But since I already am registered Adobe just said to click on later and go on working. But this morning the screen is empty so I can't click anywhere. I've tried restarting and even turning off the computer and trying to restart my day.
What can I do ? Help !

I had my CS3 freezing this morning on startup. I hope you didn't reinstall or
anything bacause the sollution is quite simple: What helped me was restarting
Photoshop with the internet cable pulled out. Apperently it was freezing on
the registerscreen, and by removing the internet cable I surpassed that
screen, to see another screen.after that i could start it up again with the
internet cable plugged in again.

It sounds like your Click Wheel iPod is showing a sad iPod icon. If it will go into Disk Mode you may be able to restore it, take a look at the article and quote below for more information about the alert and possible resolutions.

Resolution
In most cases, the sad iPod icon indicates a hardware issue. If you are able to force iPod into Disk Mode, then it may not be a hardware issue, and you should try to restore your iPod with the latest software.
If you cannot force your iPod into disk mode and restore it, then your iPod is in need of service. Set up an iPod Service Request or make a reservation at the Genius Bar before visiting your local Apple Retail Store. To make a reservation:
