Some loser stole my iphone 4s and its not showing up on icloud.com..i tried my find my phone.Its not helping. My phone is still in the warranty coverage, can i contact apple and get a new phone ..please help guyz..
Warranty does not cover lost or stolen items. So you can only get a replacement if you pay for it.

So i searched it up and my keyboard started flickering and i was like let me just open another app, but that didn't work. After a minute of waiting I shut off my phone, Well i tried but it wasn't working. I held onto the button for 5 minutes with and without the charger. All of a sudden my phone turned black and I pressed the button and my lock screen was the google page flickering. I am so scared because it isn't working. This happened like 30 minutes ago. My Iphone is real, my charger is real and my phone isn't cracked or nothing. Any help on how to fix this? If there is nothing to do am I allowed to return my Iphone to the Apple store tomorrow because the year isn't over yet. Please don't skip this I am really scared and I need help. I spent all my money I saved on this phone and my parents will kill me. I haven't been using my phone all day so I don't know what went wrongP
If you are still under warranty and the Apple Store finds a hardware issue, I'm sure they will take care of you. They can also help with restoring your iPhone if you are unable to complete that step on your own.
I would recommend trying to complete a backup in iTunes if iTunes will allow you to. Either way, you will continue on to restoring your iPhone. If you have issues with getting the restore option, please the iPhone into recovery mode.
Once your restore your iPhone, if the issue continues then you will need to get it serviced.

Apple care does not cover theft. It covers manufacturing defects for warranty. You need to contact the police and report it to them. Only insurance would replace a phone, and usually with a deductible. There is no free phone in your future.

I recently had my cracked iPhone 4 screen fixed, the lady who did it told me my light sensor was broken.. How can I get a new one installed?? i noticed there was something wrong when I talk on the phone it will mute, hold or speaker the calls. It's very annoying how can I fix the light sensor
Was your cracked screen fixed by an Authorized Apple Service Provider? I may be wrong, but I didn't think they fixed such things.
Regardless of who fixed it, and whether it was an authorized repair or not, I recommend bringing it back to the agency that fixed it in the first place. But note if the repairing agency is not authorized by Apple, you may not want to spend much more money on repairs there for this unit. -

AIf the iPod broke because of a defect then yes, Apple will replace the iPod if it is within the warranty period. A broken/cracked screen is not covered. However, sometimes if you make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store they will exchange your iPod at no cost if it has a broken/cracked screen.

Frankly just about any headset with the proper size connection will likely work. We like ear buds with soft coverings so even when we get a hard headset with a player we swap them out. While Apple might just possibly give you a set for free since they are not an expensive item, loss is not covered by warranty. If you're a long drive from an Apple Store it might cost you more in fuel and vehicle wear and tear than going to a local store and buying a comfortable replacement.

I wouldn't say that you cant get a new one. It is because there is a one year warranty and if it didn't expire yet then you could still trade in your ipod touch. If your warranty expired than just buy a new one and install it or get a professional to do it.
