Try a reset by pressing the home and sleep buttons until you see the Apple logo, ignoring the slider. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.
Or...
Double tap the home button to bring up the Recents List
Tap and hold any icon until it wiggles
Press the red to delete the Mail app
Press the home twice button when done.

First, try to reset by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again.

I can open my e-mail but a message list is not visible. Concerns Firefox 4. With Crome is no problem.

OK - I fixed this myself. On a hunch I used Firefox to check my plug-ins. I deleted all the old java plug-ins and installed the latest update and hotmail now works. How people with no computer knowledge at all solve their problems I'm blowed if I know. It shouldn't be this hard...

Try resetting your proxy server. Go to Tools, Options, Advanced, Settings and select one. I must do this every time I restart Firefox -- but at least after that, I'm okay until the next restart.

Illustrator CC Workspaces, my workspaces are not visible, I can't access my palettes. Can anyone help?

At some point I lost my workspaces, i have tried selecting "Essentials," "Printing and Proofing." and even creating my own work space, but now none are visible. Under window in the main bar it shows those palates as active but they are not visible. Are they hidden, if so what is the key stroke to unhide them?

I am having a similar problem on both of my computers. Both running OS 10.10.1.
Illustrator works space selections will not load palettes. If I get one set to appear and try to add another palette to the visible ones, it will not appear, though checked in the Window list. The web word space seems to be the only one that will appear by selection it. But no other palettes can be made visible.
Did you find a solutions to this? I have shut down numerous times. No older versions are loaded on the computers as both hard drives were wiped clean for the upgrades.

HT4859 I have my iPhone and iPad backed up to iCloud. Recently, I had my iPhone stolen. I am trying to see the iPhone Notes but when I go to iCloud, I can only see my iPad Notes. How can I see the iPhone Notes?

I have been backing up my iPhone and iPad through the iCloud.
Recently my iPhone 4 was stolen but had recently been backed up. I am trying to find the Notes on that iPhone through the icloud.com.
When I go onto icloud.com, I can only see the iPad Notes - not the iPhone Notes.
Can anyone help?

Were both devices sync'ing their notes to iCloud? Or was one set to sync, and the other just to backup?
If you look in settings -> iCloud you needed to have the slider by Notes "ON" for both devices if you wanted to sync notes between both of them and iCloud. In that case, notes on each would be identical, and the same as you can view in the Notes app on www.iCloud.com
If you had the Notes slider "OFF" and the iCloud Backup option "ON" then your notes should be in your backup and restoreable, but you will not see them online in the Notes app there.

They are iMessages & this is happening because you both use the same Apple ID for iMessage, iCloud & FaceTime. One of you needs to get a separate Apple ID & use that for iMessage, FaceTime & iCloud. You can continue to use the same Apple ID for iTunes content, but for the rest you both need separate Apple ID's. You can create an Apple ID here:

Lightroom 6 Develope Module will not load files, can't see photos.

Lightroom Develop Module will not show files. I can see photos in library, film strip. I'm fully paid member of adobe cloud and registered. I've signed out and in again but this did not resolve the issue. The problem happened after moving from lightroom 5.7 to 6. All worked OK in 5.7, using canon 5D mark 2 CR2 files version 2.2. I have photoshop 2015 CC and when I go to camera raw ( version 9 ) The photos do not show here as well. Both are blue boxes with an X across the page just like in the Develop Module in Lightroom 6. Again files could be seen in ACR photoshop 2014. As am using the latest updates of lightroom and photoshop creative Cloud, not sure why I can't see files in the develop module in lightroom and in camera raw in photoshop ?

I'm no expert on GPUs and graphics cards, so I suggest you read this thread:

My impression. though, is that most people don't experience a huge speed improvement using the GPU, myself included.
But this will probably change in future versions, at the moment only certain functions in the Develop module use the GPU.
As for differences in GPU support between Photosop and LR, I assume that PS supports older and less powerful GPUs than Lightroom does.
Edit: But the bottom line is that LR doesn't support GPU acceleration with you graphics card, so leave it off.

Elements Editor not working and can't see files on IPAD

Aftr fooling around for the past 4 days trying to get picture int Adobe Revel, I pretty much gave up. All I want to do now is use PSE Editor and edit some pics. I can't get it to come up. Only the Organizer seems to work/ Any ideas?

OK,great! Lets work on the iPad now. What happens when you open Revel on th ipad and you log in? Have you tried logging out and back in or reinstalling and logging in?
What do you see? Can you see your libraries? Can you see your albums? Can you see photos?
Did you already have a Revel account when your files were migrated? If you did not, then the photos would move to <YOUR FIRST NAME HERE>'s library. IF you already had an account with an existing library and photos, then migrated files would be moved to a library named "Photoshop.com library". To change libraries on the iPad, go into Settings, if on iOS or Mac.

When Firefox is not "maximized" I can't see it at all.

My computer uses Vista. When I open Firefox in a normal window, I can't see anything but the Firefox square in the taskbar. I can open Firefox maximized, but when I try to click on the little square "restore" button (between minimize and close in the top right corner) Firefox disappears. How can I see Firefox in a regular window that does not take up the whole screen? I discovered this after the babysitter set up my toddler to watch Netflix on the computer, so I don't know what they did.

* Use Restore or Maximize in the right-click context menu of the Taskbar icon to set focus to the Firefox application if you do not see the Firefox window.

Close out out of the message app, double tap the home button and completely close out of the app.

Calendar app is not viewable. The window will not resize. Can only see header of the app. Have restarted app and computer.

This is all I can see. it will not resize the window, full screen mode shows only this as well.

It really seems like a group policy issue, something like network security, and have you tried to re-map the drives, test the restult again.
