I recently updated iTunes, but now it shows that I only have 1 song in my Library, while everything else I ever purchased isn't showing up in my Library. They show up under Purchased but not in my Library. Help please?

Purchased songs not showing up in "purchased music" after computer migratio

I recently had an imac stolen that had a dozen or so songs on it that I had purchased through the iTunes store. Since then, I've obtained a replacement imac (now running 10.5.1 cf. 10.4.11 before), deauthorized the old imac, authorized the new one and restored my files from a Retrospect backup. While my purchased music files still exist, and show up in the library they no longer appear under the "purchased music" selection. Is there a trick to getting them to be recognized as purchased songs?

Hi,
Go to song view, add iCloud status. To do this, go to menu > view > view options and tick box. This will tell you what has been matched, uploaded, purchased, duplicate, ineligible or waiting. As the scan is stalling with one track remaining, find this track - it is likely to have a icloud status of waiting.
Suggest that you delete from library then select update iTunes Match. Once match completes try readding track - by the way how. Big is the track and whatever is its media type?

My purchased music not showing in the purchased folder

I have purchased muisc and movies and they are not showing in my purchased folder, have only 8 songs showing as purchased. However, the purchased items are in my music library.

Did you recently hide your purchases?
If you did, try unhiding your purchases, as e4joker suggests here -> Re: Unable to see purchased music in purchased folder
To unhide your purchases
    Open iTunes on your Mac or PC.
    If you're not already signed in, choose Store > Sign in.
    Choose Store > View My Account. (You may be asked to enter your password again).
    On your Account Information summary, scroll down to the "iTunes in the Cloud" section and click Manage.
    Choose a content type by clicking Music, TV shows, Apps, or Books from the top.
    Click the Unhide button next to the item you would like to restore.
Note: If the item you are unhiding is not already downloaded on your computer locally, it will begin downloading automatically.

Purchased apps not showing up as 'purchased' on new ipad air

I just bought an Ipad Air 16 GB Wifi. I planned to restore backup from my earlier Ipad, but that was causing some problems, so I set up as a new Ipad with my original Apple Id that I use on all my Apple devices. Now the apps are not showing up as 'purchased' and it says that I have to buy them again. I don't know what to do. I've tried all reset options too. Kindly help me!

You need to contact Apple directly. This will get you started but I fully epect that they'll refer you elsewhere - 800-275-2273 in the U.S.A. and I think Canada.

Purchased songs not showing up in account

I have music that i have purchased on a pervious device, with the same account. I have a new device and am trying to download the music on and it is not showing on the device that i have purchased this music. I have another device hooked up to the same account that shows the music and itunes shows that i have purchased the music. What do i do to get the music on my new device?

Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Tap the Music app.
Find the song or album you want to download.
Tap the download icon next to the track or album title.
The song or album will begin downloading.

Purchased song not showing in itunes library

Earlier today I purchased several songs today, and one of the songs that I bought was showing up under purchased playlist in my library, but not actually in my library if that makes sense. It was also showing up in the purchased section in the itunes store. I tried deleting the song and hopefully being able to redownload it but it was still showing up as if it was in my library. I even tried hiding the purchase and then unhiding it but when I did that it still showed up in the purchased section as if it was in my library. Is there a way to change this?

Purchased songs not showing in library

I have purchased and downloaded songs from I Tunes store onto my laptop. They show in Puchased library but do not show in Music library
I have tried dragging them to Music library to no avail
Anybody help?

Make sure that the songs you purchased aren't in the music library for real. Close iTunes and restart the computer open it back up again and see if this works...if not tell me and give me time to think and I'll get right back with you.

HT5622 Recently Purchased Songs Not Showing Up In Cloud

So I got a new computer for my birthday and decided to put on Itunes for me and my girlfriend to use. I have a huge library so I wanted to get it all redownloaded from itunes. I downloaded my songs from the cloud and noticed many were missing (recently purchased songs that I had bought over the summer, now its winter).
I know the songs are still in the cloud: Lindsey Stirling "Shadows" (example) yet it says I havent purchased it...but I know I have...
Why does itunes say I haven't purchased them and why am I not getting them back?

on the computers itunes click on the iTunes Store.
then click Purchased under quick links on the right.
you can then select Not In My Library and download anything you're missing from there.

Purchased songs not showing up for download

Not sure why but some songs I purchased recently on my laptop (Macbook Pro OS X 10.7, iTunes 11) are not available for download on my desktop (Win XP, iTunes 11). Previously, I'd been able to download stuff on both machines, but now when I go to Store->Check for Available Downloads, I get nothing, and under my Purchased Songs, I don't see the little cloud button to download it. Am I missing something?

Nevermind. I was looking in the wrong place. Found it in the store under purchases.

Getting Purchased Songs to show up in "Purchased Songs" list

Purchased new computer and have opened iTunes and imported my entire library into iTunes (library is on an external disk). Only some of my purchased songs showed up under Store/Purchased. The purchased songs are in the library, they are just not listed under "Purchased" as well. Any way to fix this?

Already purchased music not showing up in purchased tab

I preordered the rhcp album "I'm With You" and I downloaded it to my Macbook Pro the other night when it was available. Today, I tried downloading it from cloud when I wasn't near my computer but it didn't show up in the Purchased section. I got the music to my phone via my Macbook Pro but still the music is not showing up in my cloud. What is the issue here?

The Purchased Music folder isn't a smart playlist.
To find all your Purchased Music, forget about the list in the Shopping Cart and create a Smart Playlist whose sole criteria is:
Kind contains protected AAC
Tick the 'Live updating' box and click OK. That Smart Playlist will then show you all your purchased music, regardless of how you bought it.

Purchased albums not showing up in the library

Two newly purchased albums will sync to my phone, but they dont show up the the library on my computer. What do i do?

Do they show in the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes for downloading, and the Purchased tab in the iTunes Store app on your phone ?
