HT1363 whenever I do this, the apple symbol appears for a second and then it has the red cross symbol again - which tells me to go to the support part of the apple website; so i end up back where i started, anybody know what i can do?
I just wanted to restore my ipod nano, it told me to go to the support area of the apple website which i did andi followed the steps and they worked for about 2 seconds and then it told me to go back to the support area. it is fairly old but i dont understand why it will not reset?

I have Pandora and Slacker Radio installed on my ipod touch. When I touch the icon to open these, it opens for a second and then closes. Does anyone know how to fix this?

The calendar icon on my iphone 6 shows that I have 2 items in my inbox but when I click on it it takes me to the full year calendar, at bottom of screen it says Inbox (2) - when i click on that the screen goes black for a second and then defaults back to the home screen. This is the second time that I've downloaded an album and one song off of it will play for 3 seconds and then skip to the next song. I've tried everything under the iTunes help and nothing has worked. Any ideas?

my ipod app no longer works. Everytime I go to open the ipod app it stays open for a second and then shuts down. Firefox will no longer run on my computer. It's been working fine up until a few days ago. Installed the updates and now nothing. Uninstalled, reinstalled (numerous times). Click the icon and nothing. Hour glass comes up for a second and then it is gone. Running XP ver 5.1 (service pack 3) edit. I'm no techie so I have no clue what is causing this or what to do. I have used Final Cut Pro 7 for about a year. Two weeks ago when I tried to open it, it opened for 15 seconds and then the icon disappeared. I have tried to reinstall and it didnt help. any one has similar case or can help?

when i open iphoto i see my photo's for 1 second and then they are gone .The photo's are still there but i can see them only on the bottom or top of my screen when i try to open them i get a sign that it is not possible.Can somebody please help me?
Have you upgraded to iPhoto 9.6 for compatibility with Yosemite? If not, try that first.
It looks like iPhoto has lost the connection between the thumbnails and the original image files.
This can be caused by a corrupted iPhoto library, or the originals have been deleted or moved.
Try first to rebuild your iPhoto Library:
If you do not have a current backup of the iPhoto library, make a copy of the library, but do not overwrite any previous backup.
Launch iPhoto with the ⌥⌘-key combination (option-command) held down.
Select "rebuild" from the first aid panel. This may take a while for a large library.
Can you now see your photos again?
If not, rebuild the library with iPhoto Library manager as described by Old Toad: Re: iphoto crashed -
My iphone 4 locked up for several hours. i then tried to reset by holding down the home button and power button at the same time for 10 seconds and then the home button for 10 seconds. it is now completely black. what do i do? couldnt restore it in iTunes. Has anyone had this problem? Help!
Same thing happened to me today. I wasn't even using the phone for the past 6 hours and suddenly I can't connect to the internet, none of my internet apps would work - nothing. I tried to call AT&T from the iphone and it locked up - couldn't turn it off, change to the home screen - nada - brick.
Did the Home/Power button thing and that worked but this I've only had this phone for about 4 weeks and it's locked up more times than my 3GS did the whole two years I had it! Ridiculous
