HT1364 how can i download from my itunes list to my ipod nano 6th gen ?
hi can anyone out there help me i purcheased a song from itunes it down loaded to my itunes list on laptop but i cant download that song onto my ipod nano 6th gen even thoe it reconises my ipod as before i use to just plug my ipod into the laptop and select down load and it would atomaticly down load song onto my ipod now it wont do that have anyone got any idea why please ?
It works the same way it has always worked.
Connect the device to the computer.
Select the content desired to sync.
Sync.
There is no "download" option when an iDevice is connected as content does not get downloaded to devices. Content gets downloaded from iTunes to the computer.
Try using the correct terminology and possibly reading the User's Guide... that may allow you to figure this out on your own or ask an intelligent question to get a resolution.

Its been ages since i last did this how do i download from my itunes library to my ipod nano?
Do you mean put your iTunes Library on your iPod nano?
If so, then just plug the device in and sync it.
1. Plug device into computer
2. Open iTunes and select your nano in the upper right-hand corner
3. At the bottom of the window that popped up click sync. -
How much will apple charge me for fixing a cracked ipod nano 6th gen screen??
Well I don't have any warranty and i want to get my ipod nano fixed! So how much will apple charge me to fix a cracked ipod nano 6th gen screen????
They won't actually "fix" the iPod, but instead will replace it with an exact refurbished replica. See this page for pricing.

How do i delete music from my itunes account and my ipod nano 3rd gen
how do i delete music from my itunes account and my ipod nano 3rd gen
Are you wanting to delete it all or just certain tracks and content?
If it's the latter...
How you delete content from your iPod depends on how it is set up to receive content from your iTunes library whether that be via automatic syncing or manual management.
For automatic syncing, you must reconfigure your settings so that the album/tracks/content you wish to remove is no longer configured to sync to your iPod. For example, if the Sync only checked songs and videos option is enabled from under the iPod's Summary tab, make sure all the tracks for this album do NOT have a tick mark next to them in your iPod. Then resync your iPod with iTunes.
If that isn't the case, you'll want to look at the iPod's Music configuration tab. You can access this tab by selecting your iPod under Devices. This should bring you to theSummary tab over to the right. Look for the Music tab along the top and select it. Here you can configure how and what music syncs to your device. If you make any changes to this tab, be sure to hit the Apply button in the lower right hand corner to sync the updated changes to your device.
Otherwise, if you manually manage your iPod's contents, you must manually remove content from it. You can do this by plugging your iPod in and clicking the small black triangle next to your iPod from under the Devices section in the left hand pane of iTunes. This will open up a submenu of content that is indented underneath the name of your device, so go ahead and click on Music (or whatever content you are wanting to remove). Locate the track or tracks/content you wish to delete. Highlight them and hit the Delete key or choose Edit -> Delete.

Itunes won't recognize ipod nano (6th gen) HELP :(
I have restarted the computer and done everything the 6th gen troubleshooter has told me. I have a packard bell desktop PC, the operating system is Windows Vista and all the USB ports are working. I previously had an ipod on my laptop but itunes did the same thing so I synced it into my desktop and it worked perfectly. I got a new ipod, exactly the same, and plugged it in only to find this again. I have tried everything i need some help. Could it be my white ipod charger cable?
1. Update iTunes to the latest version. Plug in your iPod. If iTunes still can't recognize it, then in iTunes in the top left corner click help> run diagnostics. On the box that comes up, check the last two things. Click next and it should identify your iPod.
2. Click on your windows start menu. Type in "services". Click on it and when it pops up, on the bottom of it click on "standard". Now Scroll down to find "Apple Mobile Device" Right click it when you see it and click on "Start". When it has started, close iTunes and replug in your iPod and it should show up.
3. Check the USB cable
4 Verify that Apple Mobile Device Support is installed
5. Restart the Apple Mobile Device Service and verify that the Apple Mobile Device USB Driver is installed.
6. If you just want to add some photos, songs and movies from computer to your devices, you can use an iTunes alternative to do the job
7. Check for third-party software conflicts. -
I can't change the lyrics of songs in my iPod nano 6th gen
I'm using a 6th generation iPod, and I can't seem to change the lyrics in my iPod.
When I download my music files from melon.com (a legal korean music download site), it already has the lyrics uploaded in the melon site uploaded onto the music file. However, the lyrics uploaded onto the music file aren't accurate, so I go to 'get info'->'lyrics' and change the lyrics to a more accurate one. Then, I upload that to my iPod, but it doesn't show the change on my iPod. The change is made when I connect it to the computer, but it doesn't show on the iPod. Also, the lyrics has spaces between the lines when I never entered any.
Can you look into this problem?Double check to make sure the headphones are plugged ALL the way in meaning the white part of the headphones is flush with the Nano and no silver from the plug can still be seen.
The new headphone jacks are a bit tigher than previous generations and require a little bit of extra force to get the headphones to fully connect.

TS3474 How do I get the radio to work on my iPod nano 6th gen?
I have synched my Nano & have music...I have plugged in the earphones, but nothing happens with the radio. I've read the support article about the FM radio, but I don't have any of the radio controls shown in the article--all I have is the radio icon and the Now Playing icon, and when I tap the Now Playing icon, it shows what music is playing, not radio controls. Help!
As mentioned above, the reason is that the FM radio uses the headphone cable as an aerial, so the phone insists on it being connected. It's the same with other Nokias. Apparently there are complicated technical reasons why the FM radio can't use the same antenna as the phone signal.

Hello, my iTunes dates are crashed on my mac, how can I download all my itunes match songs and save on my mac?
Hi mrmoo13!
You have a couple of options for transferring your music library from one computer to another. First, you can download all of your music that is stored in the cloud on iTunes Match by following the instructions on this page:
iTunes 11 for Mac: Access all your music anytime, anywhere with iTunes Match
http://support.apple.com/kb/PH12284
You can follow steps listed in the section right here:
Play or download songs from iCloud
You can play songs directly from iCloud, or you can download songs so you can play them when you’re not connected to the Internet.
If a song is available in iCloud, it has a Download button next to it.
To play the song, double-click it.
To download the song, click the Download button.
After you download a song to a computer, it remains in the computer’s iTunes library, even if you turn off iTunes Match.
To only display downloaded songs in your iTunes library, choose View > Hide Music in the Cloud. This also hides any previous iTunes Store purchases you haven’t downloaded.
For information about downloading and playing songs on an iOS device, see the documentation for the device.
In order to make it easier to download all of your music, you can highlight all of the songs in your iTunes Match section and then click download, as mentioned in these instructions.
You can also choose to transfer the music from your old computer to the new one by following the steps in this article, whcih will give you some other options for doing this transfer:
iTunes: How to move your music to a new computer

Take care, and thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities.

Depending on your MP3 player and what OS you use, you might want to check out these articles:

iTunes for Mac OS X: Compatible Players

Also, this article can walk you through converting the song files to a couple of different formats, in case your music player doesn't support the default file type of iTunes (MPEG-4 AAC) :
