my ipod touch has been totally wiped clean. I cannot reformat it because it asks me to enter my passcode and I dont have a lock-screen to enter it. When the ipod is turned on, there is only pure white and nothing. Can anyone help me unlock it?

what version of iPhoto are you using?
what system version are you running?
what do you see in the iPhoto window when iPhoto opens?
what fixes have you tried?
where is your library normally located?
did you apply any updates or upgrades just prior to the problem occurring?
are you running a "managed" or "referenced" library?
how much free space on your boot drive?
If you launch iPhoto with the Option key held down you'll get a window with all libraries that iPhoto an find. What do you see in that window?
If you select a library in the window it's location will be shown directly beneath that window.

I havent touched my Iphone 4s in ages (about a month). I came back to it the other day. I forgot the password, so naturally it disabled it and is telling me to connect to iTunes. You need to place the device in recovery mode.

It seems as your iOS Software Is most likely corrupt. Try doing a software restore in iTunes by clicking in your iPod and clicking the Restore button. This will restore your iPod to factory settings. So back up your Music, Videos, and purchases before restoring.

And FMP is worthless for locating an iPod. FMP uses wireless router locations, so if your router is not registered, or the location data was not properly reported, FMP will say your iPod is in BFE (Bum F#$% Egypt) or some such place.
