When I go into settings and select iCloud. It says verification required but doesn't give me an option to send a verification email.

No one can give you that. Ask your manager to contact the previous owner of the device. They are the only one who can help you with this, either by providing the correct ID and password, or erasing the phone and removing it from their account as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4515.

You must put each device on the Verizon cloud.
Not both lines on one.
Go and set up a my Verizon account for the second line and you will have Verizon cloud service on that line.
Oh the term "icloud" is a trademark of Apple Inc. Verizon is not Apple.

How can I get the iCloud/iTunes password for my (now) deceased Father-in-Law's iMac? I have a list of his passwords, but nothing works! I know his email, but that account has been cancelled for security purposes, so we can't just request a new one. I tried his security questions to no avail.
ThanksSince that password is tied to his Apple ID, you will need to contact Apple; as far as I know, it will be a somewhat lengthy procedure and you will need to furnish necessary paperwork (including a death certificate as far as I know). Best to either stop at an Apple store or call them to find out exactly what it is you need to do.

You can't delete an account, you can only stop using it. If you're getting that error message you won't be able to create a new account on your device. Your only options are to re-use one of the accounts previously created, or create a new account on a different iOS device or Mac (running OS X Lion or higher), if you have one.

go to settings and sign out his apple id in the sections i tell you:
1.game center
2.itunes and appstore
3.messages
4.icloud(delete acount;it wont realy delete it will only remove from your ipad)
5.facetime

If you intend to keep using iCloud on your iPad, your best course of action would be to update your Apple ID/iCloud information so that you have a known password and it is associated with an active email address. You may find the following articles helpful:

I have 2 apple ID, ID A is which I do not want to use again ,ID B will be use always. I got the icloud account binding with ID A , now I want to get the icloud account binding with ID B, and I do not want to sign a new icloud account. What should I do ?

You may be able to find your Apple ID at Look up your old and forgotten Apple ID -
I have used the same Apple ID on my children's iPads. Both iPads are now showing as the same. How do I get the missing account back?
You can clear the iPad and start again with the other account> Settings->General->Reset->Erase all Content & Settings
Or you can go to Settings->Itunes and App Stores->Apple ID->Sign Out,
And Then Sign in with the other account. You can then download the Apps with that account. Though you may block the other account for 90 days.
Your best bet is to set it up again using the orighinal account it had, so you can get their Apps back. without affecting your account. -

Later, i added another phone on my ATT account for my mother, but made an Apple iCloud Account in her name. Now, to use the find my iphone feature, i need to change her iCloud account user name to be the same as mine. How do I change that?
You dont need to change the iCloud account to use that feature, when you use find my iPhone all you would need to do is sign into her iCloud account to locate her iPhone.
If you want to change the account used on the iPhone for iCloud then go to settings>icloud and select the option at th bottom that says "delete account" then select "keep on my iphone". After that you then sign in with your iCloud account. -
My sister got the 5S, so she has given me her old 4S. She got the IMEI code from her network to allow me to unlock it. When I plug the phone into my computer, how do I use the IMEI code to unlock it on iTunes. The text my sis got from O2 says, "Apple have confirmed the iPhone IMEI 01.....etc. is set to unlock. To complete, connect the device to iTunes with a SIM never used in the iPhone". But I'm not sure what to do, I already connecting the iPhone with my SIM to iTunes... What next? I changed my e-mail on my itunes account and for some reason iCloud still thinks that the old email is still in use. I use the old password on it and it doesnt work. So basically i am stuck and i cannot get the iCloud account off of my iPad. Any ideas?
If you are trying to activate an iPad or iPhone and it is asking for a previous owners Apple ID and password, you have encountered the Activation Lock. This is a security feature that prevents thieves from setting up and using a stolen or lost iPad or iPhone. You have no alternative. You must use the previous owner's password to get permission to use the device. If you cannot get the password your father put on the iPad you will never be able to activate the device and no one can help you do it.

Also, the first time I started the phone, I put my email address instead of my son's address, now when I try to set up iMessage, it asks for my password associated with my address and not my son's address.Yes...I tried that and It did work...Thank you.
