Here my network diagnostics. Everything seems to check out except for the connection attempt to the Apple website.

Explain to me why you can't download free apps if you do not have a lot of money on your credit card, someone help me with this.

The iPhone 3G was discontinued 2 1/2 years ago. It maxed out at iOS 4.2.1 and can't run anything higher.
Apple isn't making your phone useless for apps, the app developers are doing so by not supporting a version of iOS that old.

What do you mean that you 'can not download free content frm internet' ? What are you trying to download and where from ? The only place to get apps for your iPad is via the App Store app directly on your iPad, and the iTunes app store on your computer's iTunes.

Try downloading something from iTunes on your computer, like a free song or a free app, and then sync it to the iPad.

Read the steps carefully as the order in which you follow them is critical. Note that you can do this only when creating a new Apple ID. You cannot use an existing ID.
You will of course not be able to get anything other than the free apps without entering in some sort of payment method (credit card, prepaid iTunes card, gift certificate, etc.)

The error 1009 error is normally associated with a blocked country. There are a list of countries that Apple is not allowed to sell their software to due to US restrictions

I think that the trick to this is that you have to try to download a free app in order to get the iTunes store to ask you to create the account.

Open the App Store on your device.
Find a free application on the App Store.
