Well I've had to wipe my computer to get rid of a Trojan. Everything on my iTunes is now on my iPhone, and now I've just re-downloaded iTunes.
How can I sync my phone to iTunes without erasing my iPhone? Because it says something about my phone has already synced with another iTunes library and I can only erase it.

Copy the backup you made of the iTunes library before wiping your computer. If you weren't that farsighted see Syncing to a "New" Computer or replacing a "crashed" Hard Drive

You cannot. Copy everything you want form the old computer to the new one, then sync it.

Correct Iphone will sync, or manually manage, with one and only one computer/library at a time. Syncing, or manually managing, to another will indeed erase the current content.

Im trying to sync my iphone with my girlfriends computer on a new itunes that she created for me, but it says i'm synced to another computer. I have no access to that computer anymore so how do I un-sync from that computer and sync to my girlfriends?

Syncing to a new iTunes library or computer will erase your phone. Only if you back up your phone manually before syncing, you can restore your phone from that backup again. A manual backup does not include the sync process.
Set up your iTunes account, disable autosync in iTunes, connect your phone to your new computer and right click on it in the device list and choose backup. iTunes will backup your phone without syncing.
Transfer your purchases the same way, choosing "transfer purchases" this time.
When you connect your phone for the first time, all media content will be erased. But you can restore your settings and app data from your manual backup afterwards.
Don't forget to set up at least one contact and event on your new computer to be able to merge calendars and contacts when you sync the phone for the first time.
Music is one way only, from the computer to your device, unless you bought the songs in itunes and transferred your purchases.

i need help , recently my laptops hard drive broke so i bought a new laptop so i needed to download a new itunes .... how can i put all my data from my iphone back onto itunes ? music, contacts, apps etc.. i heard that u cant and i would need to clear my phone entirely ?! can someone help wityh this please ???? i dont want to lose any of my iphone data ... eve if i cant put it on my itunes can i still keep it on my iphone without losing any data syncing ????

How can I sync my iphone to a different itunes library without erasing my entire iphone

I have synched my iphone to two computers. I want to synch one of my computers (because it contains more music files) to my iphone... the catch is I do not want to erase my entire iphone to do this. I only want to erase my current iphone library for the one stored on my current desktop pc. I would appreciate any ideas. Thanks.

iOS devices can only sync with one library at a time. To sync with a new library, you have to remove the current libraries content.
An alternative would be to move content to one computer (using an external drive or homesharing), and then sync with the library you choose.

Up until a few days ago I was syncing my iPhone with my PC notebook. Long story short, the machine crashed and I had to re-install. luckily I had a backup of all of the music from my iTunes library which is now hosted on my Mac Mini, but I didn't have a copy of my apps (why iTunes keeps these files outside of the folder I kept my library in I don't know).
Now I'm syncing music and video with my Mac Mini, but when I select that I want to sync apps I get the message that everything on the phone will be deleted.. Is there a way to back up the apps so I can add them to the library and sync them back to the phone without losing them?

I had the same issue with a withdrawn app. Just copy all the .app files from the old directory to somewhere on the new machine, then drag them onto the Application menu item on the left hand side and iTunes will import them as long as you've already registered iTunes for the same account.
Job done! Worked a treat for me - including the app that wasn't available any more.....

I have been syncing my various iPhones with iTunes for many years. I know how to do it. However, my iPhone 6 will not sync wirelessly with iTunes. It will sync with USB. It sometimes, but rarely, will sync wirelessly if I shut down the iPhone and reboot it, but most often it won't even then.
My iPad will sync wirelessly with iTunes when it is plugged in to AC power. The iPhone 6 won't.
Both my iPhone and iPad are running IOS 8.1.1
My Macbook Air is running Yosemite.
I have tried the various fixes posted online, i.e. turning off handoff, turning it back on, etc., turning messages on and off, etc. There have been others posted; I have tried them all. Nothing works.
Is anyone at Apple listening?
