I have a new computer and need to sync my iPod touch. I get a message telling me that all existing apps and their data will be replaced with apps from this iTunes library. Does that mean I lose all game progress?

Yes.
What you need to do is Transfer the iTunes Library from your Old computer to your New computer...
Copy your ENTIRE iTunes FOLDER to an External Drive... and then from the External Drive to your New Computer..
Backup iTunes to an External Drive

I could swear the last time I used cellular data you would see the signal in the upper left corner and I only see "no service" there, I am in a location where I know I should have service. Is there something I should do to my IPAD? I tried resetting, I tried clearing cookies and history in Safari (after reading a post n these discussions). I don't know what to do next. My IOS version is 6.1.3. I did go into Network from the general tab and I see it says "SIM not provisioned". HELP and Thank you in advance.

It sounds like the cellular data will not activate for some reason on the iPad.
I found this article that will help you resolve this issue here, named iPad (Wi-Fi + Cellular Models): Troubleshooting a cellular data connection, found here http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4249
Check for a carrier settings update.
Update your iPad.
Toggle the Cellular Data setting off and on under Settings > Cellular Data.
Restart your iPad.
Tap Settings > General > About. Locate the Carrier entry and make sure that your carrier is correct.
If your SIM card has SIM PIN enabled, try turning it off: Tap Settings > Cellular Data > SIM PIN.
Make sure you're in an area of good coverage. If the cellular data connection works in another area, contact your carrier to report the original affected area.
Reset network settings: Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Restore the iPad as new.
If none of the above steps resolves the issue, make an appointment at an Apple Retail Store, contact your carrier, or contact AppleCare to troubleshoot further.
I know you may have done one or two of the steps here, so you can skip those.

No, your Yahoo account is not in iCloud (which only handles iCloud mail), it is in Yahoo, and the Yahoo mail account is on your iPad.

A 3G and 4G ro 5.1

What computer OS and version do you have?
If a Mac OSX 10.4.11 you need to update to t least 10.5.8. With 10.4.11 you can only go to iTunes 9.X and going beyond 4.1 requires 10.X

It's a POP account. I decided to clean up my mailbox today after noticing the computer was real slow after USA Today started sending their daily top stories with new graphics. Also before I noticed the problem with mail deletion - two things happened. 1) I updated security sofware as prompted by Apple and 2) downloaded Mackeeper and went throught some preliminary scans but did not buy their package. Your iPod is designed to sync with only one iTunes library at a time. It will recognize the iTunes library on the PC as a new library. If you sync the iPod with this new library, all content will be erased from the iPod and replaced with what is in the new library. So what you will want to do is copy everything from the iPod to your new iTunes library on your PC first.
Or better yet, if you still have access to the old computer, use one of the method described in this article copy everything from the old PC to the new one.

I just downloaded the Adobe XI trial version and when I try to start it I get a message that says the trial is over.

Would you like to authorize this computer for the items purchased from the iTunes store?" I have authorized the new PC, but it continues to ask me over and over, and if I authorize it again, it tells me I already authorized. So frustrating! I deactivated the old PC and activated the new one.
Also, I purchased a song from iTunes store and while it shows in my library on the PC, it won't download to the iPod. Why won't the new song download to the iPod?
Any ideas. suggestions?
