Did you fail to maintain a backup copy?
If so, then you can buy a third party program to extract the music not purchased from itunes.

In October 2014, I purchased Adobe Premier Elements 8.0 (and the APE Templates 8.0) for my work computer (32bit Windows 7). Now they gave me a new computer which is 64bit (Windows 7). How can I get my Premier Elements program back on my new computer without having to purchase it all over again? I only had the program for a couple of months before they upgraded my computer to a 64bit I submitted my question through "Adobe Chat" and they said they couldn't help and I would need to check the forums. What did you have for installation...
a. installation files from a purchased download from Adobe
or
b. installation disc from boxed packaging of the product?
If you have an installation disc, then insert the disc into the burner tray and follow the instructions for the installation
that present sequentially. Remember that Premiere Elements 8 on Windows 7 64 bit is still going to be a 32 bit application.
It will be running in the 32 bit compatibility mode of the 64 bit computer and the 32 bit limitations would apply. But Premiere Elements
8 will install on Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 64 bit but not as a 64 bit application.
Now if you purchased an download, those downloads are typically specific to the operating system to which it was downloaded.
Whether or not installation files downloaded to a 32 bit computer will work on 64 bit computer is questionable. Best advice is to
try it. You will get an immediate message from the computer and program if it is a no go.

I downloaded Adobe Acrobat XI Pro from the internet last week and I am changing computers in my office today. How can I transfer this program to my new computer when the program did not give me an option to SAVE it when downloading it? I really want to use it on my new computer and do not wish to purchase it again since no one will be using the old computer after it is switched out.
Thanks for your help. MichelleI assume you have your S/N (or subscription information). In that case, you can download from http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html. You should deactivate the version on the old computer so you keep your activations current. Also, be sure to register your installation, particularly with the S/N for the future so you have access to info online (like your S/N). Also make a backup of the install file on a CD or backup drive for the future -- a download may not always be available, and even if it is it may be hard to find.

If these are songs you have purchased with iTunes, then you start up iTunes, log in with your Apple ID, connect the phone and transfer purchases. If this is not purchased music, iTunes is not set up to work that way. Sync of music is only one way, from iTunes to Phone. That is what the backup of your computer is for.

Copy the entire iTunes folder from the old computer to the new computer to move iTunes content.
As for pictures, copy them from where there are on the old computer to the new computer... this has nothing to do with iTunes.
Alternatively, if both computers are Windows based, use the Windows Easy File Transfer Utility to move everything. -

1. Disable automatic syncing on connection: iTunes Prefs > Devices > Disable....
2. Connect phone.
3. Right-click the device tab on left border of iTunes window and select "Transfer Purchases." This will transfer all iTunes store purchased music, media and apps to the iTunes library on the computer.
It won't transfer non-iTunes store music/media (i.e. CD's you ripped yourself) and these will get deleted from the phone when you sync. There are 3rd party apps for your computer which may be able to backup non-iTunes media on your phone. Google. -

The sync is one way - computer to iphone. The exception is itunes purchases: File>Transfer Purchases.
It has always been very basic to always maintan a backup copy of your computer for this very occasion. Use your backup copy of your computer to put everything back. -
