When attempting to share music on Itunes with my IPad I receive a message telling me that my Ipad contents will be eraced if I attempt to sinc with this computer. Under General settings it lists my computer and a bogus computer. If I sinc it will I lose all the contents on my Ipad or only the music library which is empty?

The cloud icon means that the songs are only in the cloud, they aren't stored on your iPad. You can turn off the showing of songs that are in the cloud via Settings > iTunes & App Store > Music (under the 'show all' heading) 'off'. Thhere is no way that iPhoto did that - either source put the data on the photo, you used a photo editor to put it there or the receiving e-mail client is displaying it there - iPhoto has no capability to add any text including dates to a photo
iPhoto will display the date on an event while viewing photos if you have that option set in the preferences

According to your descriptioin, I don't think this is system problem, it should be Intel driver problem. It would be contact Intel to confirm this issue whether this is their driver problem.

SOLVED for me: I've just solved this problem while looking for another problem at the same time. My App Store wouldn't load, and one solution was to go to Utilities > Disk Utility and repair permissions. Not only did the App Store come back, but my iBooks downloaded perfectly. I suppose we should all do this as maintenance from time to time.

Checkmark the Show Overlay in the Clone Source menu. Go to Windows > Clone Source to get there. That should do it.

It sounds like you need the driver for your Ipad to be installed. If you're using a hub or extender, stop and plug it directly into the box. Try a different USB port. If you haven't already, update your iTunes to the latest version.
Worst case, uninstall and reinstall iTunes
