HT1386 Upgraded to the latest iTunes (ver11) I have an iPod classic 30gig ver 1.3 Now I get iTunes not found, error 68 and 69 during sync. Diagnostics shows iPod, iTunes sees it but it won't sync and won't disconnect.
Since upgrading to version 11, my iPod will not sync properly. I get errors 68 and 69, iPod not found, no disc in drive, wrong volume in drive and iPod cannot be sync'd because I don't have enough access privledges. I have restored the iPod a bunch of times, reloaded iTunes twice and sacrifices a virtual virgin to a virtual god. Visited Genius Bar in Columbia, MD once and I have scheduled a second visit for this Friday, 1/4/13.
Is anyone else having these problems?

The use of the .WMV was because that was part of the Library .EM template. I would not anticipate problems with other formats, so long as they are supported and the same for all of your Menus in the Project.
If you have done several Motion Menu Renderings, you might want to clear Encore's Media Cache, just in case it is still referencing previous Render files.
And yes, the re-Importation should yield the same result as Linking/re-Linking.
Unfortunately, I do not have CS4, so I can't test this for you. There do seem to be a few real Bugs in the various CS4 programs, and maybe this is one?
That "File Not Found" rings a bell in my feeble brain. Seems that there was a post on that, but I do not remember it being related to Motion Menus. Maybe search will yield something of use.

I am trying to load photos from my computer on to my ipad but keep getting the message "the device is no longer connected to the computer". It keeps popping up and I am stuck. This happened after I upgraded to the latest itunes software.

I'm trying to upgrade to the latest iTunes, but keep getting an error message C:\config.msi\7db625.rbfFor general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down page in case one of them applies.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.

Just upgraded to the latest iTunes and cannot delete anything from my iPhone. I need to delete a playlist to make room for a new one, but Delete does not even show up as an option (nor does the delete key on my keyboard delete anything.
Could you possibly be more vague?

I upgraded to the latest iTunes 10.2.2.12 and now it won't play any music. I can do everything else, except play music. I'm on Windows 7. Any ideas?
i had this problem and finally figured it out. all that you need to do is go to your start menu and click on computer. select your main drive, (local drive) c usually. Next open the users file follow by your user name file, which is just like it sound it is a file labled as whatever your name is as you have it on your computer. Then you open up the AppData file. Next open the Roaming file. After that open the Apple Computer file followed by the iTunes file. Now you should see the folder labled iTunes Plug-ins folder. Now just Delete that folder. After that go to your iTunes and play your music.
If for some reason you don't see the AppData file you need to go to the upper left of your screen on select organize. a drop down menu will appear and you need to select folder and searc options. a small folder options window will appear. in this window you need to select the view tab. you need to select the show hidden files, folders, and drives bubble. now hit apply and then ok. that will allow the AppData folder to be seen. -

> Reset iPod (nothing will get deleted)

In some cases (and this happened to me before) plug your iPod in and out your computer a few times. It should get it going. If not, then I strongly recommend starting your computer. -

Trying to track a package on FedEx website and get "Framework Not Found" error message
Either by clicking on the email from FedEx and launching Firefox or by opening the FedEx website and entering the tracking number, I get "Framework not found" error and the search stops. It worked with previous Firefox versions but not with the new 4.0.1 version. Any suggestions?
I tried it with firefox and chrome and have the problem in both browsers, so it is not browser specific.

After upgrading to the latest editon iTunes, the text associated with syncing any device is gone. The buttons are there but no text. Also the toolbar for iTunes has disappeared.
That's consistent with trouble with the Segoe UI fonts on your system.

Hi I just updated to the latest itunes, and now when I play mp3's off my pc the voices in all my songs are faded and it's hard to hear them. I didn't have this problem before I upgraded, and my media player plays the mp3's just fine. My ? is what's up with the new itunes? why is it doing this and how to i fix it thank you. By the way I have the equalizer off and I turned it on and tried all the settings but that didn't do it so now it's back to off.

Apple was having troubles on the last update too like the sound enhancer was messed up, sound quality was up too high, etc. It's to be expected really. Since installing the latest itunes to windows 8 my iphone and ipod touch is not being recognized in itunes, therefore i can't change playlists or add songs etc. Is this a fault with itunes as it was fine with the older version or is there something i can do. I'm not on IOS yet but would like to backup my phone first but can't do that atm due to not being able to view my phone on itunes!

Error message when upgrading to the latest itunes
i've been attempting to upgrade my old itunes to the latest one, as i have a new ipod which needs the latest progrm to run. it seems to download alright but when i click 'run' at the end of the install it gives the error message -
invalid drive : F:/
does anyone have any ideas how to make it download? or if not is there a way to make my new ipod run on my older itunes system, thanks.It is possible that the registry setting for one of your special folders is pointing at a drive that is not available.

I just upgraded to the latest itunes -cant make AIFF's
Hi, evidently, I mistakenly upgraded to the latest version of itunes. On version 10, I had "convert to AIFF' under the "Advanced" drop down menu. That doesn't seem to be available on the new itunes. Is there something I'm missing? Did they discontinue that feature? If so, how do I revert to the itunes 10? Also, if they are going to drop features in the future, how can I know NOT to download the latest software versions (short of reading all that mumbo jumbo?)
Thanks Jim, but when I selected "Preferences" under the I-Tunes tab, , then under "general",then "import settings", it says, "import using:" WAV encoder, MP3 Encoder, Apple lossless encoder etc, and AIFF encoder
The box below that, "Setting", is set to automatic.
I click OK.
But I-tunes still does not give me an "advanced" tab along the top of the page. On i-tunes 10, the top bar says I-Tunes, Edit, View, Controls, Store, Advanced, Window and Help. But I-Tunes 11.01 has all of those choices EXCEPT "advanced". -
