My ipad won't sync with itunes, can anyone help
My ipod tpuch and ipad won't sync with itunes even though they are recognised by my comuter. i have uninstalled and reinstalled itunes but still won't sync. How can i get my equipment to sync with itunes?
It has been shown there are problems with the latest update of iTunes and Windows computers. What you need to do is remove and reinstall iTunes, and make sure that you follow the steps in this support document exactly. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1923. If you do not follow them exactly, you will just compound your problems. Once you do this, you should have no trouble having the phone recognized in iTunes.

TS1363 My iPad won't sync with iTunes because it doesn't recognise apps.
My iPad can't sync with iTunes because apparently my iTunes doesn't recognise my apps! I've had the iPad for 9 months and have been syncing regularly so am not sure why it's decided there's a problem.

Error 13, 14, 35 and 50 (or -50)
These errors are typically resolved by performing one or more of the steps listed below:
Perform http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1286, including trying a different USB port directly on the computer. See the advanced steps below for USB troubleshooting.
Put a USB 2.0 hub between the device and the computer.
Try a different USB 30-pin dock-connector cable.
http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3125.
There may be third-party software installed that modifies your default packet size in Windows by inserting one or more TcpWindowSize entries into your registry. Your default packet size being set incorrectly can cause this error. Contact the manufacturer of the software that installed the packet-size modification for assistance. Or, follow this article by Microsoft: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/299357 to reset the packet size back to the default for Windows.
Connect your computer directly to your Internet source, bypassing any routers, hubs, or switches. You may need to restart your computer and modem to get online.
Try to restore from another known-good computer and network.

My new IPad won't sync with ITunes
I have a new IPad and want to sync it with ITunes on my computer. It says it's starting to sync, but nothing ever happens, it just stays there. My IPod syncs without problem, so why is the IPad not Syncing?
It is hard to tell why the iPad is not syncing.
Reboot the iPad, quit iTunes, restart your computer and try again.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up. -

Ipad won't sync with Itunes on my PC (lenovo)
I plug my ipad into the USB port on my lenovo PC but it doesn't recognize it. The PC DOES recognize my ipod which is an older version I've had for 5+ years and that syncs fine. I've uninstalled/reinstalled itunes with my McAfee virus protection turned off, I've restarted my laptop and my ipad and still...nothing will work. Brought it in to the Apple store today and after 2 and a half hours with an employee it still hasn't been resolved. They said they aren't trained enough in PCs to help. Feeling pretty frustrated and appreciate any help!!
When you get back home, try different USB ports and/or different cables, just to rule out any mechanical issues.
Then try going into the control panel, add/remove programs. Uninstall iTunes, Apple Mobile device service, apple application support. Then redownload and reinstall iTunes and try again. Sometimes there seems to be a driver issue, where the up to date driver doesn't install but iTunes thinks it's there. The easiest way to get it on your computer is to remove the programs that use it and reinstall iTunes, which will automatically reinstall the driver when you plug your iPad back in. -
Ipad won't sync with itunes in new ios7.1 update
After installing iOS 7.1, my iPad 3 would not sync over wifi with my Imac running OS 10.6.8. To get it to sync I had to connect the iPad to the iMac using the USB. That worked, and since updating via USB my iPad now updates via wifi when iTunes is opened.
Hello socaviking
Continue your troubleshooting with the article below. It will walk you through checking the drivers as well as any security software that may be preventing access.

My iPad won't sync with iTunes
I'm trying to sync and back-up my first generation iPad to iTunes...and every time iTunes starts to sync the iPad gets "kicked off" -- it's no longer recognized by iTunes. I've tried rebooting my computer, doing the soft-reset of the iPad (hold down power button, let it fully shut down and restart it). Nothing seems to work.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!iOS: Device not recognized in iTunes for Windows

My iPad2 won't sync with iTunes. Upgraded iPad to iOS 6, iTunes is latest version (10.7). Cable connection. What am I missing?
I'm having the same, identical problem. It goes into step 2 (backing up process) then it goes back to step one (finding iPad) and it starts over again. It will just keep doing that for 3 or 4 times until it will say "iPad not found". This is so frustrating.

iPhone won't sync with iTunes and It says iTunes can not add songs to iPhone because no songs in iTunes library can be copied to iPhone. Help!!!! What should I do. I tried everything!
I need to add my music to my iPhone from iTunes but its not working!First off try and go into your IPhone manually through My Computer and cut photos or anything you can through the device to be able to free space up so that you can continue to do what you want to do with ITunes. This way you will be able to create a backup or do what you have to do to manage your information, photos and texts on your device a little better.

My ipod touch (4th gen) won't sync with itunes, OSX
My 8gb ipod touch (4th gen) won't sync with itunes. Running itunes 11.4 on OSX 10.6.8
My touch was running fine until one day I found about 3gb occupied by 'other' space. I ended up restoring my ipod which took care of the problem, but created a new one in that the ipod will no longer sync anything from my itunes library. I have music set up to sync selected artists, and when I click the checkboxes to select my albums and artists to sync, the 'audio' bar fills up.
When I click 'apply', the 'starting sync' and progress bar pop up for like half a second then disappear. Same goes with photos, apps, podcasts, etc.Verify that you have the right boxes checked to sync?
