How do i get to the movie rental screen in iTunes?

Just tap on the movie that you want to rent in iTunes and the option to either Buy or Rent will popup in the movie description window. If the Rent button does not appear, it is not available for rental yet.

I tried right clicking in the redeem button to get the code but instead it opened itunes and automaticaly started downloading the app even wen I allredy had it downloaded and as purchased in my account. Now the gift code is expended and I'm $10 short. Is there any way I can get the code back?

How do you add songs from iTunes 11 that is not the main synced library to an old 80GB classic iPod?

My boyfriend and I found his old 80GB iPod classic in his stuff. I synced it to my Macbook Pro. I was then trying to sync all his music from his iMac onto the iPod so that the iPod contained both libraries, but in the iTunes 11 I cannot manually drag and drop all the music onto the iPod. I could've with the other devices on the computer but not the iPod Classic. Is it just too old? How can I put all our music onto this one iPod?

HT1386 I do not get the Itunes screen as seen in the Illustration can anyone tell me why?

I am trying to sync my iPhone to my computer after geting the latest update but I can't seem to get screen as shoon in the illustration. I do get a itunes screen but it has very little on it.

I'm not sure anyone can help with as little information as that to go on.

I'm totally confused, since keyboard and password are mutually exclusive items. In other words, use what you used with the broken keyboard.

ok, so tried to open my safari which was version 5.1.7 and i received the error message:
safari can't connect to the server
safari can't open the page http://www.apple.com/startpage/ because safari can't connect to the server www.apple.com
The same error occurred with whatever site I tried to access, so I uninstalled Safari, then reinstalled version 3.2.3 and this time I got the error message:

Safari can’t open the page.

Not sure how to check the logs for itunes though

Help file is misleading. To restore, I have connected to my Macbook and stat-rted itunes. The screen per the help file does NOT appear on my Macbook itunes software

FORCE IPAD INTO RECOVERY MODE
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.
DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON until you see picture of iTunes and plug
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...

1. Data will be lost if you do not have backup
2. You must follow step 1 to step 4 VERY CLOSELY.

Sometimes when I open a new tab, I get a blank burgundy screen that covers up the window and sometimes I can get rid of it and sometimes not. At this point, I'm ready to totally get rid of Firefox. what is going on?

When I click on the plus sign by tabs, a burgundy blank screen appears over my window, blocking the tab groups except for the top portion. I can still see the URL address field and the tabs above but when I click on a tab, it comes up beneath the blank burgundy new screen on my window. I then have to open a new window but I have to start over on the tabs. I can't use the ones behind the burgundy screen. sometime when I click on the home icon the blank screen goes away, sometimes not.

Make sure that toolbars like the "Navigation Toolbar" and the "Bookmarks Toolbar" are visible: "View > Toolbars"
* If items are missing then open the Customize window via "View > Toolbars > Customize" or via "Firefox > Options > Toolbar Layout"
* If a missing item is in the toolbar palette then drag it back from the Customize window on the toolbar
* If you do not see an item on a toolbar and in the toolbar palette then click the "Restore Default Set" button to restore the default toolbar set up.

Ok, so one day i restored my phone and it did not sync to the backup. So now i have found a backup i would like to use, and i put it on my desktop. how do i get it to itunes so that when i click "sync to backup" the backup will be there.

Have you copied your content over from your old computer and onto the new on ? If not, and you still have your old computer, then there a number of methods described on this page which you can use to copy your library over : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4527 . If you no longer have your old computer then have you got a backup of your content that you can copy onto the new computer and add into iTunes ?
