I just bought a Rental on iTunes store. After downloading to my PC. I Cannot find it to watch it, its not under movies or hidden in iclouds. The only thing I see in my profile account is the receipt of purchase but no movie rental.

but that won't help much. Try running desktop manager to load the OS.

Purchased Keynote but cannot find?

Please help, I purchased the full 17.99$ Keynote program through the App Store on my work computer but now on my home computer it doesn't sync and doesnt show up anywhere (like the rest of my itunes/app store purchases). I see the purchase receipt in my purchase history so its in my account but does anyone know how to get it to work on my home computer now? You can't purchase iCloud because it is free. You have to install 10.7.2 or later in order for iCloud to be installed on your computer.
Upgrade Paths to Snow Leopard, Lion, and/or Mountain Lion

If your subscription has not expired yet, you should still be able to sign in and continue using it.
Would you go to the Adobe Reader home screen, tap "My Account" in the lower left corner, and sign in with the original Adobe ID that you used to purchase the subscription service (Adobe ExportPDF or Adobe PDF Pack)?

if its anything like my Sony, theres a button top left corner that upon each press i get an audible bleep and the AV inputs come up on screen, i then cycle down to whichever input i wish to select!
in case your remote is different, the button on my remote has a square with a slightly smaller square just overlapping the first square.

You don't import the project.
I'm going to assume that both the trial version and purchased version were 10.1.
Open FCPX and then Open Library>Other, Navigate to wherever you stored the library (ies) you worked on when you used the trial. Choose that library and your work should be in one or more events in it.

Install then enter your serial number when prompted.

The receipt is only of use to B&H. Adobe will have no record of it.
If you quote an Adobe Lightroom serial number then Adobe can confirm if that serial number has ever been registered. That step should not be required at this stage though. Just install the software.

tonight I tried to download a ringtone to my iPhone 5. Picked out the one I wanted, clicked on "buy" and was asked for my p/w & if I wanted to assign it to a contact. Yes, entered correct p/w & yes. NO DOWNLOAD - it doesn't show up in my Ringtones under "Sounds" or "Text Tones" and a search of my phone doesn't show it. So, even though my balance was subtracted the cost, I tried again....still doesn't show up on the phone OR in iTunes on my iMac or iPad - and I was charged for it again!! ETA: It doesn't even show up in recent purchases.?!?
iMatch is turned on in all devices and I noticed that in iTunes on my iMac, there is NO tab for "Ringtones" or "Tones" in the top menu across my iTunes screen....however, in my library on the Mac there IS a line item for ringtones, but it's empty when I click on it. This is the 2nd ringtone I've purchased that doesn't show up; thrtefore I cannot use either one but have been charged for both...GRRR
I also noticed tonight that a lot of my options in my Library on the Mac are "grayed out" so I can't even get into them. Yes, I'm signed in & all devices are
authorized. Can't even sync my iPhone & yes I checked that it's marked on both devices. *sigh*
What do I need to do? The closest Apple store is over an hour away from me. Should I reset iTunes or the iPhone (or both)? Not really what I want to do on my long weekend now that I'm finally down to 2 jobs 6 days a week!

If you registered PSE before, go to the main page of adobe.com, sign in and go to your account and you should find the serial number there in your purchases.

Hi Jeff. I did purchase Premiere Elements 8 from Adobe (download version), but couldn't find the files to download again on the adobe.com website. I did, however carry out another search of files from my old PC and eventually found the files to reinstall on my new PC, using my registered product serial no. Installation has worked. It seems that Adobe has stopped supporting version 8 as I could only find version 9 and later for download from the adobe.com website.

You can download previously hidden apps regardless of version.
