HT1391 how can i find a movie i rented to watch

??

What did you rent it on ? If your computer's iTunes then it should be in the Movies part of your iTunes library (is there a 'rentals' tab on that ?), if an iOS device then it should be in its Videos app

  • HT1657 Where can I find the movie I rented?

Where can I find the movie I rented?I already rented but I cant watch it

If you rented and downloaded it on your computer's iTunes then it should be in the Movies part of your library - is there a Rentals tab in Movies ?
If on an iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch then it should be in the Videos app. If you can't find it in there, nor via the device's spotlight search screen, then have you got a film age rating set in Settings > General > Restrictions that is hiding it ?

  • How can i convert 3d movie into 2d to watch it in mac

i have a movie with mkv file playable on vlc how can i convert the movie into 2d

There are now a bunch of them out there. Do a Google search for "mac 3D conversion" They tend to be around $35. I have been using iSkysoft products, which have been fairly easy to use. They have a "iMedia Converter Deluxe for Mac" that besides the 3D to 2D conversion, will also convert video to 70+ formats, has a 1-Click Video Downloader, and a single click Rip DVD and Burn to DVDs feature. Also claims to be "Ultrafast" all for the same price others apps are that only do the conversion.

  • HT1390 i can not find the movies i rent from itunes in library.

i tried to rent a movie from itunes. First they charged me the same movie two times. Second i can not find the movie i was charged two in my itune library or my iphone. I tried to rent it again, but they asked me to pay some movie for the third time. What **** is going on here?

Not all content types are available in all countries - in each country Apple can only sell what they are licensed to (and in some cases what a country's laws allows them to). A list of what is available where is shown on this page : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3599
Do you have access to other music and film purchase download sites ?

  • HT204370 where can I find the movies I rented and downloaded last night

i downloaded 2 movies to watch on flight, downloaded to computer.  Now have iPad with me.  I don't see the movies in library/anywhere in iTunes/cloud so tried to re-download, received message that I had already rented.  where can I find the movies?

If you rented and downloaded them on your computer's iTunes then did you then connect the iPad to your computer and move them over to it ? If you did then they should be in the Videos app.
Rentals are a one-time only download so they won't appear in the cloud for re-downloading.

  • How can i play the movie i rented on my MacBook (it's downloading now) on my 3rd generation Apple TV? I cannot find it.

I just rented an SD version of a movie using iTunes on my MacBook Pro because there was no SD option available on my 3rd generation ATV (and I had to update my CC anyway). The movie is downloading now and if I wanted to, I could watch it as it downloads on my computer. But I would prefer to watch it right now on my ATV. However, I cannot find it anywhere. I have looked in "movies" (there is nothing about rented movies and nothing under purchased) and "computers" (which shows only music, tv shows, or podcasts in my library). ATV help says the rented movie will be in the top shelf of the main menu, but it does not say under which tab: movies or computers. At this point, it is under neither.

I believe I've answered my questions, thanks to some discussions I found here.
    1. Although I can watch the movie I rented immediately on my MacBook Pro, I must wait (maybe an hour or more) before I can watch it on my Apple TV. I have no idea why that's the case and it's unfortunate, but apparently that's why I cannot find the rental on my Apple TV.
    2. The rental will (apparently) eventually show up in the top shelf, not under "Movies," but under "Computers," where a category called "Rentals" will magically appear (it currently does not exist).
Comment: neither of these facts is particularly obvious or intuitive. Apple's FAQ should spell this out.

  • Where can I find the movie I rented?

I rented a movie on my Mac. Now i can't find it anywhere, but it charged me for it.
It's not on the video app on my IPad either and in the library of my Mac it says, I have no movies.
    What do i do?
Thanks a lot for any help!

If you rented and downloaded it on Mac's iTunes then it should be in your Mac's iTunes library - is there a 'rentals'tab in the Movies part of your library ?

  • Can't find the movie I rented in itunes from MacBook...rediculous

Ok I give up after searching for over 2 hours now for a movie I rented from itunes.  I used my MacBook Pro but after the movie downloaded I turned the MacBook off because I wanted to watch it later.  Now for the life of me I can not find that damm movie.  Can someone help me out?  I searched the internet but all I found where frustrated posts from people with the same problem.  This is rediculous.  It shouldn't be this difficult.

If you have downloaded it directly to your iPad then open the Videos app and go to the Rentals tab.

  • How can I find saved movies on my hard drive?

I am trying to clean out my hard drive by putting a lot of pictures and videos on an external hard drive.  I went through all my saved videos that were in Iphoto and transfered them to the hard drive and then deleted them.
When I open up my storage information it still says I have 84 GB of videos on my Macbook Pro hard drive, which doesn't make sense because I just transfered and deleted 77 GB of video.(Had 84 to start with)  I tried searching the hard drive but I have no clue where else the videos could be saved.
    Can anyone help??

  • Where can I find the movie i rented in iTunes?

I rented a movie, but cannot find anywhere in iTunes how to view it. I've been watching movies using iTunes for years, I guess apple changed something. :_(

i have the same trouble. I downloaded a movie, now i cannot find it in my library and i don't have a rental tab nor do i find it under any other tabs in the itunes library. When i try to download it again it asks me if i want to rent it again?

  • How can I get the movie I rented to download completely?

Last night I decided to rent the movie Dead Poets Society. I rented the movie on my Ipod touch and the money got taken out of my account. Since it was going to take an hour to download, I decided to go to sleep. When I woke up this morning I looked on my Ipod and in the downloads section of the store there was a message saying that there was an error downloading and to tap to try again. When I tapped it, it looked as if it was going to try again, but the same message came up. I tried again, but this time I paused it (I had to be quick) and resumed it again. The whole download started over and I waited until it finished, and just as it looked like it was going to finish the same message came up.

You should be able to download it from the apporpriate product update page.  Are you clicking on the download button and nothing is happening?  If so please try a different web browser.
