Play or download songs from iCloud
You can play songs directly from iCloud, or you can download songs so you can play them when you’re not connected to the Internet.
If a song is available in iCloud, it has a Download button next to it.
To play the song, double-click it.
To download the song, click the Download button.
After you download a song to a computer, it remains in the computer’s iTunes library, even if you turn off iTunes Match.
To only display downloaded songs in your iTunes library, choose View > Hide Music in the Cloud. This also hides any previous iTunes Store purchases you haven’t downloaded.

You don't need a CD to download anything; just download & install the trial from http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=photoshop_elements, then activate it with your serial number.

Windows do not repect the digital EXIF specification. Use a free viewer http://www.irfanview.net/ for Windows.

Oh nice, there's a PassKeeper application for the iPhone and iPad. Simply install it and it should talk you through steps, otherwise their website is probably a great place to check.

Pictures, assuming they were taken with the device, can be copied off at any time. This has nothing to do with syncing.
If the pictures were instead synced to the device via iTunes, they are not the original images. Instead, they are optimized copies of the originals for display on the iPhone. There is software that can extract them, google it.
Where is the backup of the computer? And before you ask, the iPhone, like all iDevices, is not and has never been a backup device.

I think you are mistaken, your ipad has no problem to sync with the cloud. Your pc however does, since you can't check the check box. So why do not you try to concentrate on that part of problem and find out why. For starters, check what happens if you disable your antivirus/firewall on your computer/network and check box again. Describe what you see and messages you get. Good luck.

I have 21,000 contacts due to an issue during sync with MS Outlook. Every time I try to select all and delete, iCloud crashes. There's no way I'm going through them say 10 at a time as I'll be there forever. What's the solution?

I just want to delete them all.

Go to icloud.com and select a smaller number. You may be able to delete hundreds at a time, or perhaps a thousand.
If you have an iOS device syncing with the account you can also delete them all from your iOS device with an app like My Contacts Backup.
Be careful as you do this. If you delete them from iCloud, they will be deleted from any device syncing contacts with iCloud at the same time.

How do i reinstall Firefox and save all my favorites?

I have Firefox as my default browser and Google Search Page as my homepage. However when I click on a new tab, the pesky AVG search page comes up and i can't get rid of it. From what I have read, it looks like reinstalling Firefox is the only way to remedy this. But i want to save my Favorites, especially those on the bookmarks toolbar.

Try to use the SearchReset extension to reset some preferences to the default values.

Can't get library to reference the cloud once a song is downloaded and deleted

I activated Itunes Match. On one computer all my music was in the cloud. I downloaded one song from the cloud (cloud icon gone). Then deleted the song from the computer expecting the cloud to return. But when i try to play the song it says it's missing and asks me to locate it. ITS IN THE CLOUD WHERE YOU GOT IT IN THE FIRST PLACE. How do i get the library to reference the cloud again. This is a bigger deal when i download a playlist from the cloud to the local computer for offline use. When i get back, i want to take that playlist back off the computer and have the library go back to looking in the cloud.

How did you delete the song? Did you delete the actual file from the HDD? Or did you delete the song from the iTunes library, then delete the file?
If the former, this is the reason iTunes thinks you still have the song. iTunes thinks it still has the song depsite the file being gone from the HDD. The proper way to do what you want is to delete the tracks from within iTunes, but leaving the files in the cloud.

You can cache the cloud documents that you most often read by opening them once when the network is available. Edits made to these documents would be automatically synced back to the cloud if the network is available. If for any reason the network is not available, these would be synced the next time network becomes available.

My I cloud calendar in Outlook on my PC will no longer sync with the cloud. It worked fine until yesterday. Contacts and email still sync just fine. Any ideas?

And I'm not referring to the default Outlook calendar, I'm referring to the I Cloud calendar in MS Outlook which was installed when I first connected Outlook to the Cloud. And it's worked fine all this time, suddenly it won't add items that I've added on my IOS devices or Mac and it won't upload items to the Cloud that I enter in Outlook on the PC. It sure would be nice if Microsoft or Apple or both would get this working properly. I see how many others have problems too, but not quite the same as mine.

I have the newest pages, an iCould account, an internet connection and every other possible thing. I have been troubleshooting this problem and I cant seem to get it working. Is anyone else having these issues with the iCloud syncing?

Do you have:
Settings > iCloud > Documents & Data > Documents & Data > On
Is your network working for everything else? eg Mail & Safari?

I use outlook 2007to manage both contacts and calendar. I have a new iPhone 5. Is the bestr way to update iCloud to do manual iTune updates and then sync to the iCloud.

You want to avoid syncing calendars and contacts with both iCloud and iTunes. Doing so will result in the creation of duplicates. If you want to sync your iPhone calendar and contacts with iCloud, consider also syncing your computer with iCloud (requires Vista SP2 or higher and Outlook 2007 or higher). iCloud will then keep the calendar and contacts on your phone in sync with Outlook without using iTunes. (You would still, of course, continue to sync with iTunes for your other iTuens media.)
