I was on a trip in Greece and some guys stole my iPhone, so is there a way I can recover my iPhone??? Also I have a question is there a way I could recover the info in my iPhone or not?? I would appreciate all ur comments and advice.
Report it to the police and change your passwords.

You should report the seller to the local authorities and to eBay. Of course, when you report it to the local authorities, they will probably also hold the stolen property as evidence... You can provide the police report number to eBay in your filing with them.

The following conditions ALL have to be met:
1) You have the "Find My" activated BEFORE you lose the device.
2) The device is turned on.
3) The device is able to connect to a registered wifi connection (iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch) or data network (iPhone, iPad).
4) The device was not restored by a finder of the device (if it was really stolen then the thief has probably restored it).

Frankly in the case of a stolen phone this almost never works. Report it to the police. Change passwords on accounts. Tell your carrier to stop service. Go shopping for a new phone.

If you have previously set up/configured the FindMyIPod service in the iPod's settings, you might be able to track it that way by going to www.icloud.com and signing in with your Apple ID. Then click the FindMyiPod icon. This also requries that the iPod Touch be still powered on, connected to a nearby Wi-Fi network whose location has been correctly entered into Apple's location database) and not have been restored by somebody else who my have located the device.
Otherwise, I'm afraid you are out of luck and will need to look for it as you would anything else you lose. You should report the lost item to the local authorities and change any and all passwords to any accounts you may have set up or accessed with the device. Apple can do nothing to help.

My iphone5 is freezing in contacts. It is not responsive and when I revert to home screen it immediately bounces back to the contacts section. Contacts are unusable. This has only happened with the IOS7 update. What can I do?
Was it purchased from an official Apple Store, not a reseller? Only Apple Stores sell official factory unlocked phones. The others sell hacked to unlock phones, and the unlocking is unstable.
Try these steps, as needed:
1. Reset phone - press both home and on/off buttons for at least 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears.
2. Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
3. Replace SIM card (and reset network settings again)
4. Restore Phone in iTunes using a backup
5. Restore in iTunes as new, without using a backup -

What do you mean by that? They're refusing to accept it? Then get that in writing, that you've attempted to turn it in to law enforcement, and they refuse to accept it. Other than that, all you could do is turn it over to the related carrier (if you can see which carrier it's connected to) or to the nearest business where it was found. If no one will accept it, then I'd recommend dropping it in the trash and walking away from it. If it's been reported stolen (and you have no way of knowing that for sure) and you're found in possession of property listed as stolen, then your local law enforcement might then decide to get involved in the wrong way.
Cover yourself. If the local law enforcement won't accept it, get that documented, and then get rid of it. Unless there's a Lost Mode message on the device stating how to contact the previous owner.
