apple new does not support any data cable.shows accesory does not support or not compatible.

Hi ..
Might be a cookies, cache, or extensions issue ..
From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Privacy tab.
Click:   Remove All Website Data
Then delete the cache.
Open a Finder window. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type or copy paste the following
~/Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari/Cache.db
Click Go then move the Cache.db file to the Trash.
Quit and relaunch Safari to test.
If that doesn't help, troubleshoot Safari extensions.
From the Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Extensions tab. Turn that OFF, quit and relaunch Safari to test.
If that helped, turn one extension on then quit and relaunch Safari to test until you find the incompatible extension then click uninstall.
Make sure your OS X software is up to date.
Click the Apple  top left in your screen.
From the drop down menu click:  Software Update

Yosemite 10.10 software does not support Advent printer software-why?
    Cannot use printer until resolved-help!!

Did you ask Advent? It's not on the supported list:
OS X: Printer and scanner software available for download - Apple Support
You could try the "sandboxing relaxed" workaround offered here for other manufacturers, but Advent needs to update their drivers.

  • TS4079 my i phone software does not support app

my iphone 3g software does not support ani app not  download ani app

Latest version of iOS that will run on an iPhone 3g is iOS 4.2.1 per
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IOS_version_history
If the app you are interested in needs a later version of iOS, you
will have to purchase a newer iPhone. Decision as to what versions
of iOS are supported are made by the developer of the app and not
    by Apple.
To find apps for older versions of iOS (quote from someone else's
post but unfortunately I lost their user name - apologies to them)
iOSSearch - search the iTunes store for compatible apps.

  • Apple Care registration page does not support Safari 3 for Leopard

I bought the apple care for my imac and was surprised to find Apple does not support their own browser for the online registration. I had to use firefox instead
    Visit
    http://www.apple.com/uk/support/register/
on your leopard mac and click continue.
    I then got.
For the best experience, please use a supported web browser.
    Mac:
    - Safari 2.x
    - Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.2 or later
    - Firefox 1.0 or later.
    Windows:
    - Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or later
    - Firefox 1.0 or later.

When you see this path:   /Library   That is your root Library.
    Open a Finder window.
Select MacintoshHD in the Sidebar on the left then open the LIbrary folder then the Application Support folder, then InputManagers folder, the Receipts folder.
For this path:  ~/Library/Application Support  (your Home library)
The Tilde character ~ represents your Home folder.
From that same Finder window select your Home folder in the Sidebar. It has a small house icon. Open the Library folder then the Application Support folder.
Move all the Conduit/CT associated files you posted above to the Trash.
    Try Safari.
I've yet to find the launchAgents.plist file in any Safari crash report in years. I don't think that's a problem.
Another way to find files on your hard drive is to go to your Finder.
From the menu bar at the top of your screen click Go / Go to Folder.
Example. Type in:  /Library/ApplicationSupport   click Go
Or type in:  ~/Library/Application Support   click Go

  • IPhone v.2 software does not support two office email accounts

There seems to be a significant email deficiency in v.2 of the iPhone software -- my wife needs to have access on her iPhone to two email accounts at her organization - her business email and the general mailbox of her office. Under the previous iPhone software, she could easily click Other under email setup and configure both IMAP accounts. Not so with version 2, which she upgraded to last evening.
She first noticed the issue after upgrading her iPhone, which she got six months ago, and which has proven invaluable while traveling abroad for its ability to provide access to both email accounts. After upgrading, both email accounts were not restored from the backup; the only email that was restored was her .Mac account, which she uses for personal use. But she relies primarily on her iPhone for access to the two organization email accounts.
This morning, she was able to configure one of the two office email accounts in the Microsoft Exchange feature of v.2 but was unable to add the second office email account, either in Microsoft Exchange (you can have only one the iPhone said) or under Other. What is missing from v.2 is the Advanced settings capability, essential for such setup.
This seems to be a major glitch and actually a step backwards, making the iPhone considerably less capable and valuable as a business tool than a Blackberry.

now with the 2.0 ug, you need to go to: settings>mail, contacts, calendars>add account...
    hope this helps,
    matt

  • My online banking software does not support beta versions of Firefox; please advise if there is a release version after 13.0.1

    Mac OS X 10.7.5

The current Firefox release is Firefox 21 and Firefox 22 if due to be released next week, so you are behind on updates.
If there are problems with updating or with the permissions then best is to download the full version and trash the currently installed version to do a clean install of the new version.
Download a new copy of the Firefox application and save the disk image (dmg) file to the desktop
    *Firefox 21.0: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all.html
*Trash the current Firefox application (e.g. open the Applications folder in the Finder and drag the Firefox application to the Trash) to do a clean (re-)install
*Install the new version that you have downloaded
    *https://support.mozilla.org/kb/Installing+Firefox+on+Mac
Your personal data is stored elsewhere in the Firefox profile folder, so you won't lose your bookmarks and other personal data when you uninstall and (re)install Firefox.

  • Photos does not support external editing like iPhoto. Is there likely to be an upgrade to change this or will I abandon Photos for software that does support editing in Photoshop?

Photos does not support external editing like iPhoto. Is there likely to be an upgrade to change this or will I abandon Photos for software that does support editing in Photoshop?

iPhoto does work and there is an upgrade:
Go to the App Store and check out the Purchases List. If iPhoto is there then it will be v9.6.1
If it is there, then drag your existing iPhoto app (not the library, just the app) to the trash
Install the App from the App Store.
Sometimes iPhoto is not visible on the Purchases List. it may be hidden. See this article for details on how to unhide it.
    http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4928
One question often asked: Will I lose my Photos if I reinstall?
iPhoto the application and the iPhoto Library are two different parts of the iPhoto programme. So, reinstalling the app should not affect the Library. BUT you should always have a back up before doing this kind of work. Always.

This is a classic 8GB iPod, running of Windows 7. Any thoughts/suggestions?

only thing that seems to work so far is syncing without photos and also check here https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3206849?start=30&tstart=0

I recently had wanted to sign-up for an e-card web-site.  However, when I clicked on the web-page, I am NOT ABLE TO HEAR ANY MUSIC.  The message shown is that Apple does not support MIDI music.
What other software can I download in order for me to listen to the music on this web-page?

Please don't tell my wife this, she's been working with MIDI on her Mac(s) since the turn of the century...
The statement from that web site is completely incorrect. What they probably meant was that their software doesn't support Mac. IMHO this is a sign of either ignorance or lack of concern on the part of the site creators. Back in the dark ages a lot of PC apps didn't support Mac but not these days.
Get into your Mac Help window and search MIDI. There's plenty of info there on how your Mac supports MIDI.

The "automatic Install" in the windows support software does not work. I cannot see the USB in Windows to manually start set up.
I have downloaded windows support software from Apple 3 time with the same result.  Where can I get a clean copy of the Windows support software?

Did you correctly format your usb stick in accordance with the Boot Camp installation instructions? Go here to the Boot Camp System Requirements page, http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5634, look for your computer model/year and download the correct version of Windows Support software.

  • My 2011 Macbook Air is telling me it does not support the 10.8.2 software update

My 2011 Macbook Air is telling me it does not support the 10.8.2 software update

Hmm, there are some machines to which the presently available 10.8.2 updates don't apply, but since it's typically the newest ones (from 2012) and the update shows up in your Software Update, it should work on yours.
You may try taking it step by step:
Go to http://support.apple.com/downloads/#osxmountainlion and start at the bottom of the list with the 10.8.1 update. If that works, keep working up the list as far as relevant.
If you want to save time and hassle, or you get stuck with 10.8.1 already, follow this routine to re-install the system from the Recovery Partition. You should then get the latest and greatest. Don't forget to first make sure your backup is up-to-date!

  • I've just upgraded to "Lion" from "Snow Leopard" which to my surprise does not support "Appleworks" I've used Appleworks for a number of years for all correspondence etc. and need to continue using this software. Do I need to go back to Snow Leopard?   d

I've just upgraded to Lion from Snow Leopard and to my surprise it does not support my 'Appleworks' application software. Ihave used Appleworks for all correspondence for six years and need to refer to the files (letters etc.) from time to time. Is my only option to revert back to Snow Leopard?

The reason appleworks no longer runs is because it is a powerpc based application.  Since it's end-of-life in 2007, it was never converted to intel architecture, since it was dropped as a supported product.  It continued to run on intel machines via rosetta, but OS X Lion formally discontinues all support for powerpc based programs.  Powerpc based applications can only be run on OS X 10.6.8 or earlier releases (ones that still support rosetta).
So, it does sound like your best option is to move to iWorks' Pages now - otherwise you will be stuck with an increasingly more outdated operating system.  And if you should buy a new machine, it would not run the older versions of OS X anyway, so at some point you have to leave appleworks behind and move on.  Seems best to do it now, before Pages perhaps also moves forward to a point where it too may no longer support ancient file formats.
