Hi yesturday,i was tranfering my photos of my phone to my computor,and the phone has froze on me,i cannot switch the phone on or of,what i can see on the screen,is the itunes logo with a cable on the screen,its looks the one you put the cable into one of the ports,there is no way possible to switch of or on please help,im stressed out lol,thankyou francis01224

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iPod fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- If still not successful that indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Thanks for the link. It didn't work at first on any of the devices but then I decided to enter a manual DNS instead of an automatic configuration. Then followed the steps again from your link and it worked.
It is not stable though as I need to reset the device for it to see the airplay. But when it is connected it stays connected for 30 minutes approx.
Any other suggestions to keep it stable would be fantastic but at least in the meantime I have a workaround.

I plugged my Ipad3 in order to update the software to version 6.1 but I got an error message and my Ipad is locked now, it's showing the Itunes logo with USB cable on the screen. What should I do now?
You will probably need to restore using Recovery Mode. You can read about it here.

Disconnect the USB cable from the iPad, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
Turn off iPad: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for iPad to turn off.
If you cannot turn off iPad using the slider, press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time. When the iPad turns off, release the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons.
While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to iPad. When you reconnect the USB cable, iPad should power on.
Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen. When this screen appears you can release the Home button.
If necessary, open iTunes. You should see the recovery mode alert that iTunes has detected an iPad in recovery mode.
Use iTunes to restore iPad. -
My iphone 4s needed recharging, the battery was completely dead. Recharging now bit all thats come on the screen is the itunes logo showing a power adapter. I've tried rebooting and switching off and on. Still showing the same thing. Will not respond to any other actions
if its showing the connect to itunes screen(itunes logo and power cord) then that means your phone needs to be restored. you'll need to hook it up to your computer and restore it thorugh itunes.

Try a different usb cable, try a different usb port, disable any security or anti virus software. Try a different computer. -
I have a new laptop so I download again iTunes...the problem here is that I just got a cd and I tried to put it on my iPod and it won't let me, how can I fix this?
The iPod sees the new computer as a new iTunes library. You can only sync with one iTunes library. However, you can manage music among disfferent computers. See:

I use photoshop CS3. Shortly, when I try to use one of the tools, they react only with the eraser. So I cannot use the other tools. I tried to reset in general preferences all warnings. Then I can use the tools again, but with the next picture I get stuck with the eraser again. What can I do? Joost van Santen

I have been trying to put some of my music and artwork, on youtube. Youtube says you need an encoder to upload music. But the problem is the only encoders available are for windows. Please help, thank you

Since YouTube supports AAC, the file format iTunes uses by default, it's probable you don't need any sort of converter.

How can I retrieve photos when it says my cloud and iTunes backups are empty or not backed up?
When I tried to update my iPhone 5s to iOS 8.1, I was forced to choose to restore or back up. Back up wasn't working so I had no choice but to restore. I lost pictures over the last two years. When I tried my cloud, there was nothing. I would get notifications that my cloud was full, but I thought there would at least be some photos in there. When I tried to restore a back up, it said the last time was two years ago. I thought when you're on wifi, it automatically backs up. I've charged my iPhone into my Macbook a bunch of times, so something should have backed up. Is there any hope for my photos?Sorry no backup - no pictures.
Yes phone will automatically backup to icloud when on wifi and phone is charge, but your phone storage was full so it stop backing up.

Hi everyone! I tried to install the new iOs 7 on my iphone 4, but it wasn't completed (showing error 4005). Now, my iphone is stuck on the itunes' logo with the usb cord, and I can't use my phone. And itunes doesn't detect my iphone when I connect it on my computer, so I can't put it in recovery mode or someting like that... What can I do?? Update: my PC USB hub was connected to a USB 3 port, I connected the 30 pin cable directly to my PC, And the restore worked just fine. Restored phone from iCloud backup and seems to be working fine. -

Hello everybody, I have the following problem: my apple id was desabled for security reason and I have to reset my password to enable the account again, but when I try to do this, using the e-mail, I've never received such e-mail. If you have a rescue email address on your account then you've checked the inbox and spam folder on that account as well, and you've tried requesting the email again ? If you still can't find it then try contacting Support in your country and see if they can reset it for you.

I recently updated and restored my Iphone on a Mac. My music was erased, therefore, I am trying to sync all of the music from my computer into the iPhone, but it says that I need to use the original computer/itunes in order to sync, but it is the same computer and iTunes account. The error reads: The iPhone, "Name" is synced with another iTunes library. Do you want to erase this iPhone and a sync with this iTunes library? If I click "Erase and Sync," will it delete my contacts, apps, etc?
