In the settings 'app' you can restore it to its factory state. You can then use it as if it was a new iPod. If you have iOS 5 you don't even need a computer and can just download your previous purchases from the cloud
Alternatively if you have an iTunes library already on your computer, you can sync your iPod with this. If your library is on another 'i' device, sync this device with your computer first then proceed to your iPod.
Unfortuntely preferences such as screen brightness or keyboard layout will have to be configured manually

I have a Canon iP5000 attached to a mini in another room, and want to print over ethernet from my iMac. All is ok for basic printing, but for some reason I can't get to all the print settings on the networked machine that are available from the machine with the printer attached.
The implication of this is that I can't print photos from my iMac, as the "high quality" option isn't an option I can select. Currently, I have to create a pdf, send it over, and then print from the mini as I can see all the options from there.
Is it a driver issue (Canon don't list a 10.6 driver on their website) or a Mac OS issue?

In order for you to see all the additional Canon printer features (known as PDE's) you must have the same driver installed on the Mac sharing the printer and the Mac connecting to the printer share.
If both the Mini and the iMac are running OS X 10.6, then you can download the Canon Printer Update v2.3 from Apple and install on both Mac's. If either Mac is already using v10.30.3.0 of the iP5000 driver, which was part of the v2.3 Canon Printer Driver Update for Snow Leopard, then you just have to ensure the other Mac is using the same driver.
If one of the Mac's is using a version of Mac OS X other than 10.6, then please reply.

Turn off Find My iPhone in iCloud on the iDevice.
Log out of iMessage, Facetime, remove Apple ID from iTunes & App Store.
Use Settings > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings.
Then set it up as a new iPhone with your own Apple ID.

(2) copy your text, paste in TextEdit and enter the Edit menu.

select all (Edit > Select All), then open the font panel by selecting the menu item "Format > Font Show Fonts". Now select the font you want.

There's nothing to export.
The iTunesLibrary.itl file contains all the settings, playlists, and playcounts.
Copy or backup all your important files including the ENTIRE iTunes folder, then restore all your data including the ENTIRE iTunes folder once the system is formatted and rebuilt/reloaded.

The Duration of Stills is set with Edit>Preferences to the number of Frames required, where ~ 30 Frames = 01 sec. of Duration.
Unfortunately, the Duration cannot be reset (Edit>Preferences) for material that has already been Imported. The procedure is to Delete those Imported Stills, and make the change, then re-Import them, and you will get the Duration that you have reset.
The only other option at this point is to manually Click-drag on the Head, or Tail of each Still in the Timeline, to adjust the Duration. I do this with the Info Panel open and visible to make it easier. Personally, unless I am well into the editing process, the Delete, change and re-Import option is my choice.

PS - the ability to alter the Duration en masse for Imported Stills in the Project Panel has just been added in PrPro CS5. I do not know if it has been added in PrE 9 though.

Depends on why it's ineligible. If it's under 96 Kpbs, try right-clicking on the file and choosing Create AAC Version. (If you don't see this option, go to iTunes>Preferences, click "Import Settings..." then choose "Import Using: AAC Encoder" and "Setting: iTunes Plus".) Then rescan your library to see if this version will add to iTunes Match. Or, after changing your import setting, just re-import the song to your iTunes library.
If the song is over 200 MB you would have to reduce it's size to make it eligible.

thanks but if Im using iCloud For my Iphone and backing my ipod touch to my computer is that ok or would I have to back both up to ICloud. As u can telll, I want to kep the 2 devices seperate as much as possible, only putting on my phone what i choose to download, buy, or take from my current itunes library most importantly.

Gidday, I had the same problem when I bought my iPhone 5. If you drain the battery right down to nothing until it is completely flat and then recharge it 100%, drain it again, and fully charge it you should be good to go.
