I am not very good at navigating the Iphone so please be patient. I have an Iphone 4S with the latest 6.0.1 and I would like to be able to download some of the apps that require iOS 5 on my iphone. How do I do that. When I look for the iOS 5 update it is no longer available. I found that it is supposed to be available on Itunes. I have not found it on Itunes. All help is appreciated. Well, no. It's because that the iPod 4th Gen has iOS 6 and the apps need iOS 7. I suggest that you get the new iPod 5 because it has iOS 7. Also the iPod 4 does not have enough CPU or RAM. The new iPod 5 has enough CPU and RAM to store iOS 7 apps.

I actually had Keynote 06, Keynote 08, and Keynote 09. After finding trashing 06 and 08, 09 is working fine. Apple support troubleshot it this morning with me.

In your Adobe A/c did you look under 'My Orders.? That's where you'll find the download link.

Make sure you also read the linked instructions. Follow those very important instructions EXACTLY or you will likely encounter authorisation errors or download the latest version instead.
You will still need your serial number. You should be able to findthis in your Adobe A/c under 'My Products'.

XML Bursting program was messed up the report format and output, not sure what is causing an issue

I need burst the report based on the customer number for some customers and burst based on invoice number for some customers in the same bursting program. I have made the changes accordingly and sending email attachments as expected, but when the output sent for as an attachment for each invoice the report does not printing in full format, its completely ignore one child block. Not sure what was the issue. This is very very urgent please help me out.

Could not click on anything in Recovery disk and log in screen, but I can move the cursor around. Using 10.8, not sure what's wrong, anyone have an idea?

So the problem is, I cannot click on anything in the Recovery Disk and Log in screens (to enter your password), but I can move the cursor. My trackpad works fine everywhere else except for these screens. If I connect a USB mouse, I am able to click on things in these screens.
NOTE: I am not just tapping, I am really clicking on the trackpad.
I recall some time ago when this wasn't happening, not sure if that was when I was on Leopard. I sort of suspect 10.8.x, but I'm not too sure.
Has anyone else experienced this? Would appreciate help. Thanks!

Try an SMC reset. The article covers when this is required, but doing this will not affect anything.

So I came across this forum as many others, just trying to find some answers as to why I can't or how I could get ios 7 on my 4th gen ipod touch... So I guess the answer is no, not possible and I suppose I can understand the reason as someone stated in another thread that it is because Apple does not want their users to have a bad experience and the 4th gen does not have the CPU nor the Ram for it to provide a usable and good experience... which leads me to the root of the problem. HT1926 I am having trouble installing the latest version of iTunes, 11.1.4 -- as a consequence i cannot access iTunes at all on my PC. I keep getting an error message and that I am missing file MSVCR80.dll .

I need help and am not able to find what i need to do. I have manually downloaded iTunes but it doesn't resolve the issue and I still can't access iTunes.

(1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):

A Bar stays popped up that says Encountered error while syncing : unknown error. Sync will automaticly try this action when I push sunc now Button it goes away but then pops back up again and is not syncing what can I do ?

When I try to install the downloaded update, I get partway through the Install Wizard, then I get a message: "Your computer must be restarted to complete a previous upgrade of Firefox. Do you wish to reboot now?" If I click "Yes", my laptop reboots; but the version of Firefox is the same and the same thing happens all over again when I try to upgrade. If I click "No", all windows close; and when I try again to install the downloaded upgrade, the same thing happens all over again. P.S. Even when I try to Uninstall Firefox, I get the same message and the same thing happens.

If there are problems with updating or with the permissions then easiest is to download the full version and trash the currently installed version to do a clean install of the new version.

There is no particular reason yo should have to adjust DNS settings or use VPN to connect to Netflix, unless you are doing so from a county where it is not legally available.
