I have a message on my I pad, "not enough storage" however, unable to access settings or cancel, screen seems to be frozen.

Delete some apps, files, photos, videos, movies, etc to free up some space.
How much space is your Other using? You may be able to reduce.

Not enough storage space. Do you backup to icloud? When you plug your ipad into charge it backs up to icloud. Your out of icloud storage. Could be the reason.
Locked....hmm... Did you try a reboot? Hold the home and power button(same time) till the screen goes black and apple logo appears. Ignore red sliders.

If you are seeing an Apple ID that is not yours, then you have purchased content on your iPad that is tied to that Apple ID. You would need to know that password or remove the content that is associated with that Apple ID.

I have a crack in the screen of my iPad?

My iPhone dropped on to the screen of my iPad and it cracked the edge of it. Is there any way it can be replaced or have the screen replaced? There is an Apple Store near to where I live, maybe if I took it there they would be able to tell me? It's just the crack has shattered the black part of the iPad and it looks horrible!

Try this to get rid of the message.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

My new iPad have some scratches on the screen and a little crack, will I be able to get a replacement?

Without AppleCare+, no, not even a free repair. You dropped it, so it's on your dime now. You wouldn't expect free repairs to your car after crashing it into a pole, would you?
Also, note that Apple may not be enthusiastic about repairing it, because a dropped iPad may have other issues beyond a broken screen. Other internal components may have been damaged. Buying a replacement may be the best way of getting back a reliably-functioning iPad. But you could also go with a cheaper repair from a third-party company that will just replace the screen and let you worry about whether or not that repair is sufficient. That kind of repair voids the warranty, but it's already void thanks to the damage anyway.

A reset should help. Tap and hold the Home button and the On/Off button at the same time for approximately 10-15 seconds, until the Apple logo reappears. When the logo appears, release both buttons and await restart. No content will be affected.

I hooked up to itunes, it said that my phone needed to be restored. After trying to restore it, itunes says an an error occured and my phone could not be retored. Now itunes won't recognize my phone!
