If you buy an iPhone at the UK or Canadian Apple stores, it should work on the GSM frequencies in both countries. LTE will not work as the LTE channels are different in each country and each iPhone sold in each country is only compatible on LTE channels of that particular country. Other wise it should be fine.
Be aware that only the Apple store (retail or online) sells the unlocked iPhone in the UK. I think the situation is similar in Canada. (It is in the US).

If Verizon is shown, the iPhone is carrier locked with Verizon. You need to contact Verizon in the U.S. to request the GSM portion of the iPhone to be unlocked. That is for Verizon customers in good standing only.

The only ones who can unlock your iPhone is your phone company/carrier.
You need to contact them and if they offer unlocking for your phone then ask them to unlock it and if they don't, there is nothing you can do. In this case, you either need to purchase another phone that is fully and officially unlocked or you need to continue to use your phone with your current operator.
Contact your phone comapny/carrier directly - they are the ONLY ones who can help you.

If you have Touch ID enabled, holding your finger on the Home button to activate Siri will also unlock the phone.

I have purchased an used iphone 3gs in india, its orginal carrrir is at&t usa, can I officialy unlocked it, if yes then how.

Unless you can furnish AT&T a receipt showing you paid full price for the phone, from an authorized source in the US, or that you are a current/former customer, that used that phone on AT&T's network, AT&T will not process your unlock request.
I suspect there is no way for you to get that phone officially unlocked.

However many people contact Apple support for there is nothing that either they or you can do.
Apple stores online do NOT provide international shipping, end of story.
If you want an unlocked iPhone 5, you will either have to wait until they are available nearer to you or you need to physically travel to the UK and purchase an unlocked iPhone 5 there. Rememeber though about warranty issues - not international so it means you'll have to physically return to the UK if anything goes wrong with the phone.
If you have a friend travelling to the UK, then they could purchase one for you and then you could put a local Saudi nano sim card in the phone when they become available over there.
Other than that, just be patient and wait until they become available.

No, you can't do what you want. Apple will only ship a US iPhone to a verified billing/shipping address in the US.

You will have to contact orange to get your phone unlock. ONly the carrier that the phone is locked to can unlock the phone.
