when i was updating new app from itunes, my ipad freezed and shows itunes logo indicated with wire.i tried to restore but itunes didnt recognizing the device.please help me out.my ios verson is 7.1

My ipad is stuck with the iTunes logo and a picture of a USB cable with an arrow.Itunes is not recognizing my ipad, How do I get past this?

You can also do a search online, or on this forum, on "dfu mode" if the above doesn't work.

Placing your device into recovery (DFU) mode:

FORCE IPAD INTO RECOVERY MODE
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.
DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON until you see picture of iTunes and plug
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...
Note:
1. Data will be lost if you do not have backup
2. You must follow step 1 to step 4 VERY CLOSELY.
3. Repeat the process if necessary.

Do exactly what the screen is telling you to do. Connect the iPad to your computer and launch iTunes. You either have to update the software that way, or you have to restore the iPad because something went wrong with the update.

Restoration is relatively simplistic. Here's whatcha do. Plug your ipad in, open itunes, now if itunes doesn't recognize it then you may have a problem, anywho, click on the ipad in the devices interface and go to the info tab, click restore, and it'll be just like it was when it left the factory. To get you data back, it should ask if you would like to use a backup, just select the backup you want and you'll be good to go. That is if you regularly backed up your iPad.

If this a new iPad? You need to connect your iPad to your computer via iTunes to set it up. Make sure you have the latest version of iTunes on your computer.

Iphone while getting On showing itunes logo with usb connection

Dear Sir,
I was upaditng my iphone 4s for from IOS 5.1.1 to IOS 6.1.2 by connecting with a personnel hotspot wifi connection. While doing this my iphone got switch OFF and then automatically got ON and the showing " Itunes logo with usb connection with up arrow".
Also i tried to switch OFF and ON 2 to 3 times but still showing same.
Can you please assist me , what i have to do now, to get my Iphone ON as normal like before.

6. Open iTune

Have you tried a reset ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds, after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

IPod Touch shows itunes logo and USB connector on the screen??

Hi,
I was trying to update the version of the software on my iPod Touch to V3. But it threw an error and after that it is not getting recognized by itunes. It only shows itunes logo and USB connector image on the ipod screen. How do i get the ipod workng again? plz help.
