HT1414 iPad 2: Virus? Broken Screen? How do I fix this?
My iPad 2, whose 1 year warranty is expired, was working fine (great, actually) up until a week ago. Suddenly, upon turning it on it only showed/shows black, white, & gray stripes, smoothly flowing until halfway across the screen then replacing themselves. The first time we plugged it into our main computer it was ready to restore, but we contemplated the desicion of erasing all the data, finally deciding it was our only option, but when we plugged it in again, it won't restore on iTunes because, obviously, I can't type my passcode in. What should I do? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
That is definitely not a virus. It looks to me like a hardware issue. I'd make an appointment at the Genius Bar at your nearest Apple Store and take it in for them to look at. If you don't have an Apple Store near you, contact Apple Support.

If it's an iPad 2, it's old enough to be out of warranty. Courcoul's suggestion to trade it in for a new one is ok if you are in the market. If not and you want to take a risk - and possibly a big one at that - others have reported a pretty extreme solution to this problem. Slap it on the back.
I know, I know. It's sounds crazy, but there are several threads here claiming it works.

Recently I can not open any app. in my Ipad except original ones. How can I fix this problem?
You do NOT need to restore your iPad.
I believe that the problem is that there is a disconnect with your iTunes account and your iPad. What you are experiencing is a somewhat common issue after you sync your iPad, update your device - it could be a number of reasons that are causing it. the recommended fix is to download another app in order to "reconnect" your ID and iTunes account to the iPad.
You can read more about it here. You will need a WiFi internet connection in order to fix it - or you have to be able to sync with your own iTunes library.

try to reboot your ipod, to do this hold the power button for 5 seconds, continue to hold the power button and press the home button for 10 seconds (at about 8 seconds the ipod will turn off ignore that) after that realease the buttons and your ipod should return to normal. (this working on my ipod 4g when it went green screen) hope it works!!

I have the same problem too on my iPad 3. One thing that sometimes works is if you go to the App Store and put your password in there after a few tries it may work.

I deleted skyfire and then all of a sudden the diagnostic and setup functions for the IPad became icons. I don't know if this is a problem and I don't know how to make it go back to normal. Can someone help?

First, check Settings-Brightness & Wallpaper to see if the icons are actually embedded in the background.
Then try resetting (rebooting) the iPad. Hold both the Home and Sleep buttons for several seconds until the Apple logo appears. Ignore the "Slide to power off" arrow. The iPad will restart after a couple of minutes. Resetting this way will not hurt anything, and sometimes clears up mysterious problems.
