Open iTunes on computer. Connect iPhone to computer with USB cable. Hold both home and power buttons until iTunes recognizes iPhone in Recovery Mode. This usually takes about 20 seconds of holding both buttons. Restore the firmware.

I got locked out from my iPad mini during my initial setup. Keep ask me for passcode but I haven't setup one. Reboot and restart didn't solve the problem, tried connect to iTunes but it won't let me because it requires the passcode. Tried my Exchanged password, Apple ID password and my iPhone passcode but none work. Any idea to resolve this?
Try and force your iPad into Recovery Mode
1. Disconnect the USB cable from the device, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
2. Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the device to turn off.
3.While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the device. The device should turn on.
4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen. When this screen appears, release the Home button. iTunes should alert you that it has detected a device in recovery mode. Click OK, and then click Restore to restore the device.
Note: Data will be lost. -
ITunes won't let me connect to music store
Yesterday I opened iTunes and a window popped up saying something about my iTunes library was damaged. Then all my playlists vanished, along with about 2/3 of the music. I went ahead and uninstalled iTunes 7.0.0 and reinstalled iTunes 7.0.2 and reimported my library. Since reinstalling 7.0.2, iTunes won't connect to the music store. I get a message saying "iTunes could not connect to the iTunes store. Make sure your network connection is active and try again."
Of course, I can get online just opening a webpage. ran a diagnostics and it says a network connection could not be made. I clicked on the help tab and tried to empty the cache, and the dos window had the message: could not flush the DNS resolver cache: Function failed during execution.

I had forgotten my passcode on my phone and finally it said that my iPhone was disabled and that it needed to be connected to iTunes. Well for it to connect to iTunes it needed for me to respond on my iPhone but my iPhone is disabled! I'm so frustrated. And I can't get to the serial number because it's locked so I can't get ahold of Apple.

I know my password for wifi, but the "join" button stays unselected because it doesn't recognize the password as being long enough what do i do?
Are you using WEP security? If so you have to set up the router to use the first hexadecimal key and you have to use that key as the password.

ITunes won't let me import songs from folders
hey for some reason iTunes won't let me import some songs, but it will others. I've checked and there is no difference between the songs, they're both MP3's, they have the same quality and they're even by the same artist!
Any ideas why and how I can fix it are helpful.I having the same problem. I noticed that some videos were missing from my itunes TV Shows playlist. Also, when I tried downloading a file into my ipod, I got an error message stating that the file was not compatiable with my iPod. Only I got the file from iTunes! I've tried deleting everything and reloading with the same results. It will not upload several files. Most of which are already AAC. I've tried adding, importing, and copy and paste with all resulting in failure.
This is becoming a total pain in the rear. If it's not one thing, it's another. I mean every since iTunes 7, the bugs keep mounting, and that before I switch to a Vista OS. -

Deauthorizing iTunes on a computer? My laptop won't let me connect my iPhone because it says I'm authorized on too many computers, but when I try to de-authorize another computer I use it won't let me. What's up?
What do you mean it won't let you? What exactly does it say? (Sorry to sound so exasperated but this is like the 6th post in a row where people have made vague statements which do little to help us find solutions without a game of 20 questions.) I'm going to guess and say you can only deauthorize a computer to which you have physical access or VPN login. The alternative is to deauthorize all which you can only do once a year.
