my Ipad was not responding and its not getting open, not chargeing and cant solve this problem . i have connected to the PC to restore the backup and start again its not responding and its detecting an knowen error .

Have you tried a reset to see if it charges after the iPad has restarted ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

two things to be looked upon in this case. First thing is about the battery. Once the battery has enough charge in it we can try a force restore on the phone to re-install the iOS.

You might have to bite the bullet and restore the device if nothing else works. If that doesn't bring it back to life, make an appointment at an Apple Store and let take a look at it. -
IPhone 3GS battery not showing low battery and then taking hours to charge
Okay so my battery today was showing that it had full power and gave me no indication that the battery was near dead (ie: saying I only had 20% power left), and then it suddenly died on me. I went and charged it in my car and it charged for over 5 hours and was only at about 90%. It's never done this before, it typically takes at most an hour to charge even from a completely dead battery, and the battery indicator has always showed what the actual power is at. The phone is still pretty new, I bought it in March or April. Any ideas what's causing this, or what I should do? Right now, it's showing me the battery has full life, but I have a battery check app that says it's only at 95%.
It is the nature of the beast. Mine does that too. The charger actually cycles off periodically if the phone is basically idle. If I want make sure I have the maximum possible charge in the phone, I disconnect the charger for several minutes (perhaps using it a bit) and then plug the charger back in. This tops off the battery. I have been able to go as long as three hours with the phone still indicating 100% using this technique. I have no way of knowing for sure, but I am confident this is perfectly normal.
Honestly, I think it is a side effect of being able to turn on the percent view battery indicator. My wife's 3G (non S) does the same thing, but you can't tell because you can't see the percent view. You don't know what you can't see. -

I'm helping a friend.
Her ipod nano 4gb is not showing either on My Computer or the iTunes.
Yesterday the ipod can be detected and I did found out that the backlight of her ipod was not functioning. Going through the Ipod Settings is not resolving. But this is not the case.
I have managed to charge like one hour and fix some songs inside and even put a video inside.
Unplugged it and smoothly functioning iPod except for the non-functioning backlight.
Today however, the ipod refuses to turn on.
I plugged it to iTunes and it detects again as Ipod DFU Recovery bla-bla bubble and on the iTunes dialog boxes mentioning that the iPod needs to recovery. But it failed. It says waiting, preparing to recovery and failed. It does this over and over but nothing happens.
I tried pressing the Menu and The Center simultaneously while iTunes preparing for recovery. It showed a window saying that "an iPod has been detected, but could not be identified properly. Bla-bla. An unknown error occurred (2005)"
No info on Apple website about error code 2005.
Can anyone help how to tackle this problem?

I own a iPod 3rd gen Click wheel (over FW) and an iPhone 2G (over USB) which all of it sync smoothly.If your iPod is being recognised by Windows you could try this manual method of accessing the iPod's hard drive and copying songs back to iTunes on Windows posted here: MacMuse - iPod to iTunes
If you prefer something more automated then there are a number of third party utilities that you can use to retrieve the music files and playlists from your iPod, this is just a selection. Have a look at the web pages and documentation for these, they are generally quite straightforward. Again if Windows is recognising the iPod these may too.

To turn the iPad completely off, you would hold the Sleep button until the "Slide to power off" arrow appeared, and then slide it off. Conversely, to turn it back on you would need to hold the Sleep button for several seconds until the Apple logo appeared. You might think it was not responding if you did not hold the Sleep button long enough.
If that approach does not help, try holding both the Home and Sleep buttons for several seconds until the Apple logo appears. Ignore the "Slide to power off" arrow if it appears. If successful, the iPad will restart after a couple of minutes. Resetting this way will not hurt anything, and sometimes clears up mysterious problems.
Beyond this, you may need to show your iPad to an Apple Store Genius. If the Genius can not solve the problem, you will probably get a replacement iPad on the spot.

hello can apple help me out.i am from Pakistan, i received iphone 4s as a gift, it was purchased in canada last march 2012. unfortunately its screen stopped working and inside screen when i try to look with external light. there was message "iphone disabled for 60 minutes" i tried restore but could not it downloads update but does not do anything i am heck upset its really something means to me alot. I tried to find out warranty claiming process but here in pakistan it has not been officially launched. Why so ? in a country where 50% people are using iphone and apple is not there? i was really shoked. well i really need help.please guide me how can i get it replaced or anything that can be claimed in warranty.it is still on warranty. But i am in pakistan where i can not find any istore where they deal with warranty. Please guide me i have studied alot and have read stories about people having same experience and apple helped them alot. I am amazed that i been giving marketing presentations on a brand which is not in my country but heared much "good" about you. and was having great experience of your device. Regards.Try restoring the iPhone to factory settings. If you are having difficult restoring, put the iPhone into Recovery Mode and see if that then works:

If not, or if a restore to factory settings does not fix the problem, then your iPhone may have a hardware problem. You can only get the iPhone serviced by Apple in Canada, so you will have to take the iPhone there or send it to someone you know in Canada who can get the iPhone serviced and send it back to you. The only option for getting service in Pakistan would be to pay some unauthorized repair shop to attempt a repair, after which Apple will no longer provide any service even in Canada.

Try rebooting the iPod by pressing and holding the on/off and home buttons simultaneously until the screen goes blank and you see the apple logo. It should take about 10-15 seconds to reboot.
If that doesn't work, connect it to your computer and try restoring it via iTunes.

My ipod 60gb classic is showing as fully charged until I connect it to my pc when it comes up with the error message, 'please wait very low battery' and the little wheel goes round and nothing happens, can anyone explain why this is and what i can do?
I have worked my way through the assistant and nothing works. I have tried connecting in disc mode but although the screen on the ipod is showing that the device is charged and that it is in disc mode as soon as I connect it to the computer it comes up with the error message 'please wait very low battery' and stays like that until I disconnect when it appears to be OK again. I have tried on both pc and mac.
BTW the ipod is an ipod video not classic if that makes any difference.

I usually sleep with my phone on charge through the night and I haven't had any problem since, I left my iphone 5 charging last night and in the morning it stated 100% charged so I decided to turn the power off normally (Hold the hold button till it says slide to turn power off) I turned it off and suddenly my iphone went straight to low battery. Although I have been having weird battery percentage changes for example it would stay on 1 % for an hour or so or drain really quickly.
I have restored it as i thought was the thing to do all it's doing it restoring and still stating low battery and I have charged it for hours +. I can't hard reset it nor restore it NEED HELP PLEASE.

Have you tried a soft-reset to see if it that gets it to boot up ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds after which the Apple logo will hopefully appear and it will boot up.
If that doesn’t fix it then have you got a different cable, and possibly charger, that you could try ? -
