Once the Device is asking to be Restored with iTunes... it is too late to save anything...
To minimise loss... Connect to iTunes on the computer you Usually Sync with and Restore from the most recent Backup...

The pics are gone. This is what a restore is. You erased your iphone, reinstalled your software, then added back your settings from the date of the last backup.
You should have imported your photos to your computer as you would with any digital pictures, before any restore or update.

I have just got iTunes match. It appears that since joining and starting it some tunes have been deleted from my library. They are shown in the listing but iTunes can no longer locate the files. Any suggestions?
If they are showing in the Videos app with a cloud then go into Settings > iTunes & App Store on your phone and set Videos (under the 'Show All') heading 'off' - you might (depending upon which country that you arein) have a similar button for music and the Music app.

Keep on Wall Charger and Reset, hold both home and power buttons until it restarts. This can take about 20 seconds of holding both buttons while on charger.

Take it into Genius Bar for an exact quote, but it sounds very bad.
The screen is only supposed to bend *so far* ... you exceeded that, which means screen/hinge repairs.
The impact may have damaged the logic board as well.
You may decide to buy a new one instead.
But first ask your home owner's insurance agent if their policy covers this. -

I just down loaded the latest version to my iphon5s. Everything seemed to go well. Now the phone will not work. The screen has the iTunes icon on it with a arrow showing to plug in. its locked up wont do anything . Turned on and off , the same picture shows up ...help please
Your phone has entered recovery mode. You will need to connect it to a computer with iTunes and restore it to factory settings. Hopefully you have a backup (either iTunes or iCloud) to restore from.

ok so i bought a used iphone 4g offline. well i received it today and it does not work at all. I cannot turn on the iphone by the on/off button. Also I cannot turn on the iphone even while its charging, in fact it will not charge. As I Know Apple's policy on replacing the iphone, One must purchase a warranty. I Have not done so again due to me getting this iphone offline. Is There Any Tips On How To Get This To Work?
Not sure who you bought the iphone from (btw there is no "4g"), but if it was from ebay or some stranger, then I would get in touch with the person ASAP and ask about this problem. You could also try using a different USB cable, since the current one MAY have a probelm with charging, as other users have experienced. If nothing can charge the phone, then I would be very worried.

HELP!!If you are near an apple store (compusa, etc) that has a repair center. See if they will let you borrow a power cord or allow you to bring your computer in and connect it up. I've not heard of any issues with the power cord before. I would suggest you call up applecare and let them figure it out.

I was listening to my iPod on the way home in the car. Skipped a song and then changed my mind and decided to go back to it.
Now it is frozen and will not respond to anything. The back light is on and the battery is still half charged. Can not get it to turn off.

Have only have it 4 months and am still a novice.
Any help or suggestions would be apprecaited.I don't mean to be rude or anything but did you check to see if it's on hold? I had the same problem, I nearly worked myself to tears trying to figure out why it wouldn't turn off! hope you fix you're problem.

Yes that is the map but the area that is 4G is North-West Salt Lake. Some of downtown is 4G (I guess 4G and extended 4G is that extended is or can be sometimes 4G and sometimes 3G.) I never doubted that Salt Lake had some 4G. I was trying to tell you that the Verizon agent told me that Salt Lake city will not have 4G until the end of 2011. she gave me the URL to an article that validates that. the other map which another agent used is just red and white. She said go by this map since it is more accurate as of now and the one with the various reds is toward the end of 2011. whatever the story is, I have no idea but if you look at the map that you are questioning if I refreshed the map aft checking 4G you will see that most of downtown Salt Lake is not the burgundy red and south of downtown has no 4G at al, just 4G extended and 3G. If you want to check the area where I live it is near 3900 South or on the section of the map you are showing in your post, it is South of 215 and 80 frwys. this area on the map I used this morning is all 4G extended and 3G. I have no idea why the only pure 4G is near the Great Salt Lake, but that area is out where the airport is (west of downtown Salt Lake). Have you looked at the other map that is just red and white? I am not sure of the difference but the agent told me that map is the most current map if you want something that is current.
I am confused. But I am still confused as to why you were wondering if I was refreshing the map? I was telling or describing in my post what the agents at Verizon had told me, not what I had seen on the multi colored map.
