HT1414 "Your itunes account is temporarily unavailable" message when I try to purchase a TVshow. However I just dowloaded updates to my apps.

I have tried three times to download a TV series from itunes in iPad. OS 5.1.1. I get an error that my Itunes account is temporarily unavailable. Yet I can download updates to my apps on the iPad with no problem. Any suggestions? Could this be a credit card issue? If so how do I check on that info?

Same here - will let me purchase individual episodes, but not subscribe...can't find why.

You can tap on the account in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores if it's on iOS 6) and log out of it and then log in with yours. But if any of the apps that are currently on the iPad were downloaded by her account then only her account will be able to download updates to those apps - content from the store is tied to the account that downloaded it, not to the account that is currently logged in.

I was told by a friend of mine that all i had to do was call apple support and i would be able to re start the secruity answers.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.

The instalation process runs smoothly without any error message and iTunes has been installed in my computer before. The problem started with the update no. 12. Any idea what's going on? Thank you

if itunes will not run, you probably have mangled windows badly
one feature of windows 8 is the refresh that saves libraries,
because you are using windows 7, you will need to backup all files to another storage device

TS1718 The movies I have downloaded to my itunes account are not playing. When I try to play one, itunes quits working. i have watched the movies before without this happening. I wish I could actually talk to a live person at apple to help!

Trying to retrieve previosuly purchased music from itunes into my library that mysteriously disappeard. However, ' temporarily unvailable' message is given and has done so for the past week. How to resolve?

There seems to be rather more of this type of issue being reported currently, than there normally is, there may well be a problem with the servers. I would be inclined to wait a while, then try again later.

From the menu bar click Store / View My Account
Click the Edit button next to: Edit Payment Information
You can edit your billing information there.

Yes.
If you copied everything from your old computer to your new one, as you should always do, then the content will be put right back when you sync.

I just downloaded the new iTunes and now receiving error message when I try to open iTunes!

After downloading the new iTunes when I try to open it i receive the following error message:

I am having the same issue! And I have tried everything from updates, to moving the coremedia.dll file, to uninstalling and reinstalling so many times im afraid they are not gonna let me download it anymore!!! Please can somebody help??

TS4062 I am trying to transfer my purchased and uploaded content from my IPhone 4S to my ITunes account on my laptop. When i try to sync, it wants to wipe out my phone content with what is on my computer which has nothing. Am i missing something?
